I love Panera. I consistently choose this as a lunch or dinner spot, but I will not go back to this location. There is nothing positive I can say about it. The following issues were from one visit: 1. The lobby was horrendously dirty. There were two other tables of diners in the restaurant, but at least five table had plates, food and trash on them. When a young girl finally came to clean them off, she brought a dry rag to push of the crumbs. 2. The service was incredibly slow. As I mentioned above, there was next to no one in the restaurant. It should not take over 10 minutes to get salad and sandwhiches. 3. My order was wrong and they were not happy about fixing it. I received turkey rather than ham. When they brought back my ham sandwhich without anything else on it. 4. My silverware was dirty! This in itself would be that big of a deal, since dishwashers sometimes miss little pieces stuck on, but combined with everything else, I dont have faith this location is following all health codes. Luckily theres disposable silverware! Essentially... avoid this location.

Ive only been to this location a few times. Ive also only been to Panera once prior to visiting this location. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I go for breakfast before work and they always have the bagels I love. Plus the cream cheese is amazing. I got 4 bagels and two 2 oz container is cream cheese and it was only 8 dollars for my boyfriend and I to have breakfast. Working In the service industry has made me over critical of many things. This Panera exceeds all expectations. Thank you for always getting my order right and always being friendly. The only reason why Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I keep hearing people talk about a "my Panera card?" And every time Ive been the employees ask if I have one but have never offered. I would like someone to explain what it is and how it works. Other wise 5 stars.

Well, I wasnt gonna post a review before I emailed the company, so i emailed them, and never got any kind of response.....so here I am....I ordered a full sandwich and salad to go before heading to work. I specified no mayo and no bacon (i dont eat pork). I get my sandwich, check to make sure its how.i ordered it, and while there wasnt mayo (i dont think there was, anyway....), there WAS bacon. Annoying, but not the end of the world. What WAS my issue was 2 bites into the sandwich, I had the displeasure of yanking a long hair from my mouth! Appetite gone, no time to go back to the restaurant, and $15 gone. I emailed the company askn for a possible credit to give em another try, and have yet to get a response. Pathetic.

Tried this location 3 times and each experience has been worse than the last. Cold food, stale baked goods, abysmal customer service. Save yourself the trouble and visit one of the other many restaurants in the area. Wow so I guess the owner didnt like all of the negative reviews (2.8 with 13 reviews for the actual address) so they created a new store location with a slightly different address. If you zoom in on Google maps you will see 2 Panera stores at this location. Funny thing is the new location they created has the same terrible reviews.

Gosh! THIS place was the absolute worst! I ordered my food and everything came out EXACTLY as I ORDERED!!!1!1 How dare they give me exactly what I wanted! ;/ Not only that, but it came out BEFORE I expected! Grrr. Dont these guys know I wanted to wait super long for my food?!?!? Gosh golly, durn it! Everything tasted wayyyyyy better than I THOUGHT it would 2!?! Stop exceeding my expectations and start only barely meeting them. Uve got a LOT to learn about meeting low expectations and disappointing people!!

Very poor experience, took 20 min plus to get dine in food, order was wrong and then was told they were out of pastry after we had to ask for it, because it wasnt brought with order. I figured orders were checked to ensure they would be correct before bringing them to the table. Had at least 2 other tables around us that the order was wrong as well. Very poor service and follow up from anyone. Likely wont be back to this location and would not recommend

Rapid delivery only works if its ready when you get there. I gave them plenty of time to have it ready. I show up and nothing is showing in the queue. It took 5 minutes to acknowledge I was waiting. Then they tell me their system is down. I ask for a refund and they say they cant help me... Great concept because its worked in the past just dont put all of your "eggs" in 1 basket I give this experience 1 star

Would give them 4 stars but they have some little quirks to improve on service wise. They also run out of a lot of things after 7 pm and they close right at nine pm. I was in the drive thru line, pulled up and they thanked me for visiting and said they were closed and then turned off the drive thru menu. Great food though.

6:30 pm on a Sunday night. Ordered food for dine in with my son. After seeing several groups that came in behind us get served I walked up to the pick up counter where two teenager girls seemed like they had better things to do. My order had just been sitting there getting cold because no table number was assigned to it.

I enjoyed going to Panera in the past but they decided to remove my favorite vegetable soup with a bland squash cream soup. The Mediterranean sandwich was hardly filled with anything. The Cinnamon roll was at least 2-3 days old. Too much money for sub-par offerings.

The drive thru is consistently slow. Theyre always out of the items you ordered - but they dont tell you until you get to the window. Half the time my order is wrong or missing an item. Too expensive to be this consistently bad.

Only one person taking orders at 630 on a Friday. Every single table is dirty. Request one to be cleaned. Waited 5 min and cleaned the table as no one did. Food took forever and came out cold. Panera is going down hill fast.

Food is great and I mainly come for the pastries. The only reason I wouldnt give it a 5 star are (like youll see everyone else say) the prices. Other than that the place has a hardworking staff and a large variety of options

This location is consistently out of food and really slow. My first visit they were out of meat for one of the sandwitches and second visit they ran out of bread to go with soups.

If you want crusty crunchy bread just like in France - well this is not the place. Pastry is much better and so are the lunch options. The onion soup is great!
