I usually always send my son in to pick up pizzas for any of his Young Life activities we host or any other thing we participate in. When he walked in to pick up our pizzas with my debit card, he was treated extremely rudely by a lady. I went in and asked what the problem was exactly. This girl that stood behind the register was so incredibly rude. She kept rolling her eyes at me, and treated me like I was some begger that was there to ask for free pizza. She then told me never to come back in there again, and informed me she was the owner. I have a huge list of contacts throughout the city, and plan on spreading the word about THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED! What happened to the customer is always right? Or service with a smile, instead of eyes rolling in the back of ones head? Wow. Incidently she claims her name is Amber Tizcareno.

I called in an order at 5:00 for 6:30. I was running early so I tried to call to warn them and it went straight to voice mail. I arrived at 6:06 and heard the manager yell that I was supposed to be there at 6:30. I paid and I figured they started my order. I watched several people behind me get there pizza that ordered from the counter. When I went back up they only had two of my pizzas ready. The lady said well yours was supposed to be at 6:30. I said yes but when I got here early why wouldnt you start it? She rolled her eyes. At 6:38 I got my pizza order complete. Wont be back and I go here often.

I went into the store on Troup the other day and bought pizza. My 2 year old was eating cheese pizza and said it was spicy. (I tasted it and it was) I called the store and told the manager, she said all she could do was say sorry. I went back in yesterday to get pizza, and as my son (9) is eating it, he pulls something out of his mouth and its a chunk of jalepeno. So i dont think I will be going back to this little caesers seeing as how they dont do their job as they should.

Worst Little Caesars around. Three last few times we have gotten pizzas the have been either burnt, stale, cold in the middle, or just not good tasting. We tell the staff, they dont seem to care, I have never spoken to management as far as I know. It really is cheap cheap pizza.. Its way worth it just to drive to the next closet little Caesars or just go get a frozen pizza. Very disappointing...

Worst location. Undercooked pizza not once, not twice but 3 times even after requesting to ensure its cooked all the way through. Im talking, gooey cold dough in the middle. I received attitude for wanting to order a single pizza 30 mins before close. I can understand 10 mins or even 15 before close but a half an hour? Thats rediculous.

Go to pick up $60 order and tried to pay with $100 bill and the refused to take my money. It blew my mind. The manager was rude and insinuated I made the bill. I dont understand how he was the manager yet ignorant to the fact the make bill markers to identify fake money

I got a happy ending from the back of the store. pizza deal here! The girls are so nice when they helped me here i been back twice with the same girl even though its only 5$ it feels like i should be spend more for what i get

Becareful if you go to this little caesars in 2008 the owners grandson ran alot of credit card numbers stole money from pple and I see he is back in there working again so I wont be going back to get robbed

Slow service. The manager on duty should have come up front and helped the girl(which was her first time on the register). At least ten people waiting to order. Waited almost ten minutes and had to leave.

my pizza was very warm which was the way i liked it. i have not had Little Ceasars since high school and i remembered the crust being a little bit thicker. overall it was still good and will be back again

I had the worse service. The night Manger was very rude. We went to give her our order and she walked off. Our pizza was burnt and just thrown in the box. We will not be going back.
