THEY MUST BE LOSING A LOT OF BUSINESS Id been a loyal customer for close to 10 years & loved their food b/c it wasnt "chainy" like Pizza Hut. This is a neighborhood establishment that delivered orders quickly and was VERY affordable. Their coverage zone is primarily the Reliant Stadium area with its middle class/Med Student side east of Reliant Stadium and the working class side west of the Stadium. Ive lived on both and never had a problem. Their delivery drivers know me and look forward to delivering to my residence (sometimes several times a month). Last Summer, I called in to place an order and was swiftly told they "no longer delivered" to my neighborhood west of Reliant (w/out giving a reason or any kind of consideration for my loyal customer status). Ive been ordering from PapaJohns ever since. THEN a few days ago I come home from work & a Villa Roma brochure is very curiously stuck in my door. I called the place to give them customer feedback and tell them my story. Some man says they discontinued delivery to my area "for a time b/c one of their drivers got robbed." This is possible but its possible in BOTH neighborhoods (especially now). I have NO intention of giving my money to such a fickle place with such disrespect for loyal customers. They must REALLY be hurting to come back to "my area" being so unsafe n all. The "little guy" should learn better about running small business. NOT A PENNY MORE FROM ME!!!!

You would think this place was run my animals.... They dont EEEEEEEEVVERR get my order correct & get an attitude when they realize they have to come back!! Ive asked them to make sure my salads are with the order & it seems like no matter how many times I remind them, they forget! The customer service SUCKS, I will NEVER recommend this place! Looks disgusting enough to lose your appetite! For some reason the $$$ amount is never correct.... the orders are always messed up & over all customer service SUCKS!! THEY WILL NEEEEEEEEEVER GET ANY MORE BUSSINESS FROM ME OR MY CO-WORKERS!! RAN BY MORONS!!

Tonights Adventure: This pizza was so fresh, hot & delicious!!! So glad I had to take the journey this Sunday night. This was literally the 4th place I tried to get a pizza late in Houston! I tried LiL Caesars and 2 different Dominos in which both had open signs on their front door but when I actually tried to open the door they shook their head no or gave me the cut throat gesture. With all being said this is the only pizza place I will ever buy pizza from again in Houston.

I ordered food from a third party delivery service and got the worse "italian food" Ive seen. The quality is bad but the service is worse. I ordered a 2 liter soda and got 3 500ml instead. I wouldnt have mind if I would have actually got 2 liters worth of soda instead of 1.5 liters... The delivery driver had the guts to lie to my face.

The current management is essentially allowing bad products out into public. Although I have religiously ordered from this company for pizza in the past, I have found a STAPLE inside of a large pizza I recently ordered from this fine establishment. Apparently this was not the only attempt at lacerating customers throats.

This place is trash.. ate there today and when I was almost finishing my drink from the soda fountain I found a balled up frozen paper napkin in my drink.. the waitresses didnt even offer to give me my money back.. she did offer more food, but im not eating anything from that place again.... dont eat there..

I have ordered from here a few times and every time the service while ordering has been absolutely horrible! Asked for red peppers every time and not once have received them. On top of that it takes awhile for delivery and the taste isnt any better than a frozen pizza.I advise never to order from this place.

I used to live in the Med Center and ordered quite frequently and still thought about it after moving away... Today, we drove from Kingwood and were thrilled that not only the manager was the same (and remembered my dad) but the pizza lived up to all of my expectations. Thanks Villa Roma! ♡

I ordered a pizza and 2 hours go buy and it never showed up. Called and was told that everyone had left and sorry. Sorry it s not want I wanted to hear, because I could have order from another place if they wasnt going to deliver. Will never get anymore money out of me.

I placed an order in advance so i could pick it up a few hours later that day. When I can to pick it up the guy had completely forgot and havent even started making the pizza. Maybe theyll get it right for the next person because I wont be going back.

Great pizza with light-textured crust and delicious cheese. Staff has been great when dining in and planning large orders. Overall, a great option in the Medical Center and its a short walk for apartment-dwellers on the east side of NRG stadium.

Read the reviews online. Then stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to try it out. Got a small cheese with feta cheese. The feta was only on 3/4 of the pizza. Otherwise it tastes delicious and is affordable.

This pizza was over Cooked!! On the call back the clerk says Thats how we make them! No resolution, and when asked to speak to a manager - none was available... Dont bother with this place

Ordered a one topping ( pepperoni ) large pizza to go. When I got home it had 7 pepperoni slices around the edge of the crust and cheese that was on it tasted like rubber ( no taste ).

Pizza was alright but not enough sauce for my taste. Too much meat and cheese too little sauce. Price is pretty reasonable though. Ill probably eat here again because its close by.

I ordered the xtra large pizza. Pepperoni , sausage, pineapples, and feta cheese. Clean inside and was greeted with a smile when walking in. Pizza was delicious.

Cheap pizza and not bad for the cost. Worth a visit for a work week lunch. Other nah sayers just expect authentic Italian pizza for $6.99 haha.
