This place is a pizza-dive. Which is not a bad thing, but it does have its detractors. Ive ordered from here for a couple of years now and last month they ticked me off so badly Ive vowed to not come back. Nothing will make me quit a place more than nickle and diming. Let me explain: There menu is listed in several places and all have different prices. If you order online its one price depending on which engine is being used, over the phone on thing, in person one thing as well. Tell them you have a coupon and quote the price and somehow you are charged the full price. When I pick up I can usually correct any discrepancies and the pizza was so good I overlooked it. HOWEVER you cant do much about it when they deliver because unless you request it, you do not get an itemized receipt. I finally started doing that and noticed that the receipt showed several fees for ($1) "over the phone" and ($2) "delivery" and none of the special prices. I called immediately and was promised a refund for the $4 overcharge, but not fees. Ok. Im fine with that, I can just pick up for now on.... However they do not disclose these fees anywhere except when they charge you. I decided to pick up from there one last time and boom! I had another mysterious phone call fee and once again they did not honor the listed price until I pointed it out. This was the straw. Im not cheap, I will pay for something I feel is worth it. Just dont dishonestly nickel and dime me. Which is a shame because the good reviews for the food are true. Its an eclectic menu, the pizza is creative and so very tasty, the wings are even just hot enough to be called buffalo wings... Too bad their customer service is not on par.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!! I ordered a pasta dish (stuffed shells) was super excited to eat it during my 12 hour shift working at a vet clinic close to post oak, well anyways...they estimated that the delivery would take about 45 minutes to an hour to complete. I looked up on the map where they were located and they were MAYBE twenty minutes away from my clinic. The driver called me after an hour had passed and told me he was having trouble getting to my location due to the storm that was moving through so I told him I understood and apologized to him and told him how to get to my clinic again. He calls back after half an hour and tells me he cant deliver my food because the roads are flooded. My clinic backs up to Buffalo Bayou so I KNOW that was a lie. It hasnt even started to rise. I was so upset because I had to call Texas Pizza and tell them to cancel my order. The driver offered me something for my trouble but the manager or whoever I spoke to over the phone didnt sound too apologetic about the trouble and just said "Ok" and hung up. Didnt even apologize for the inconvenience or anything. I will probably call back later and complain to the manager about the crappy service his staff gave me. Really upset that I couldnt have lunch today, 12 hour shifts are never fun when you end up going hungry... TL;DR: Ordered stuffed shells online, the driver took an hour and a half to drive maybe five miles to let me know my order wasnt going to be delivered. Called the store and canceled my order, wasnt offered anything for my trouble. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, or at all if you can help it.

Few things in life are cheap, good and fast. Though, treating yourself to this too often will be detrimental to your health. Bread, meat, cheese, grease, and an assortment of seasonings will get you hooked. Biggest plus is the quick ticket time compared to the big pizza retailers. Though as many popular places can get expect a wait time on the real busy nights. I was originally introduced to this place by the delivery to the bars in the immediate area that allow food form outside. - California Garlic, Eh - Bacon Cheeseburger, Wow yes may I have some more? - BBQ Chicken Pizza, Yes...with another side of holla - Mexican Pizza, well its basically everything you think about Mexican food but on a pizza The minus. It is cheap so dont expect it to look amazing. The portions are generous enough so really complaining about cost is splitting hairs at their point. Their appetizers are not made from scratch I mean if you werent expecting frozen pre-made to be deep fried then you are kidding yourself. I will continue to burn the inside of my mouth here.

I use to order from Texazs Pizza all of the time about three years ago and I loved their wings! I use to order from the location off of Addicks Clodine. I just ordered today at the location of 1853 Richmond Ave, Houston, Tx and the food was HORRIBLE! The wings came breaded, which there was no option to pick naked or breaded and the sauce looked like pasta sauce dumped on top of the wings! They werent eben tossed! I also ordered a Chocolate cake for 3.50 The slice was barely a whole slice and the cake was very dry and stale! Im am very upset and I waited over an hour for my food. I will not be ordeing from this location ever again!!!!!! They dont even deserve the 1 star. Im a highly upset customer!!!

I like going to this place, the food is always good and the prices are low, to the point where i feel like they are low balling themselves, probably on account of the facade, and there is no real dine in option. the crust is thick, and real unlike other pizza establishments where they hand you a pizza with what looks like some lunchable stuff. I cant eat dominos or pizza hut pizza because they are to greasy and they make me feel very sick afterwords but this pizza does not have this problem. I prefer the taste of this pizza over pinks pizza but not over star pizza. However, I do prefer this pizzas prices more than star pizza. 9 dollars for a quality pizza beyond reasonable.

Never again, ordering anything from them anymore. It took them ONE HOUR to deliver my food in a sunny Saturday afternoon since the distance is only 0.4 mile away. The worst thing: this driver was wandering around like he was not in a hurry at all, delivered my food WITHOUT fork or napkin. So I called the restaurant to ask them how I am suppose to eat my spaghetti. This guy responded that I was suppose to put a special instruction in the comment area for fork or napkin, otherwise they wont give away...WTH? Now it has been another hour passed and I still can not eat. Thanks to your brilliant driver, NEVER AGAIN.

They left advertisement flier on my car windshield at the ISGH Main Center and so I decided to go and check out this HALAL pizza place. Employees were very polite but taking to them, they confirmed that their chicken items were HALAL but they were UNAWARE if the beef was HALAL. I decided to get a Chicken Tikka Sub, sub was not that good... burnt veggies, didnt taste like chicken tikka... just some regular chicken. Employees did not were gloves when handling with food and when asked they said they washed their hands but still did not wear gloves! Not hygienic for a food place!
