A little hard to find, but it is definitely worth the effort. Ive been back multiple times, always trying something new. Suffice to say, Ive never been disappointed. Why 3 stars? The waitstaff is friendly, but no one speaks any decent English. Try asking a waiter to describe a menu item and Babel ensues. Since the details are scant on the menu, its really up to you to figure things out. I usually look at what other people are eating and then go for what catches my eye. Still, its a good adventure since the taste is always rewarding. Try: Fish, Tofu

This place used to be our favorite but the last time we went a plate of our favorite dish (dried radish and Chinese bacon) cam out and the radish was really overcooked. It was almost black. When we asked about it, they replied that thats how its always been. Clearly it wasnt, since we went to the place all the time and had that dish every time. Also having been to Hunan and having a wife from there, no variant of the dish was like that. It was a pretty big let down.

Ive been coming here for a while. But my recent experience was pretty bad. All the food that I usually order was horrible tasting, tasted old and had a weird chemical taste to it. Also I got zero service, I never got any refills on my water or any attention when I tried to get it. There were about 5 employees behind me sitting down and none bothered to attend me. After I left a lady ran outside and tried to force me to leave her a tip.

Had a very pleasant experience the service was way above average. I ordered a toffee dessert not knowing you had to pull it apart before it cooled off the waitress was nice enough to come and break it up for me while i finished my meal and had a warm smile while doing it. The food it very fresh and the scent was invigorating. If you love spicy a must try family friendly and the lunch menu has generous portions for a good price.

This is my favorite Hunan restaurant. The dishes I constantly order here are the sole filet steamed with pickled choke and tofu which takes 20 min to prepare, stir fried eggplant and string beans, and boiled fish with napa cabbage. The menu does an awful translation to English so youll have to use your imagination to interpret what theyre trying to say.

When I walked in, I knew the food would be authentic as I was the only non-Chinese customer in the restaurant. And, I was not disappointed! Nothing fancy about the interior decor, just great food and good service. The beef with broccoli, spicy beef stir fry and smoked pork noodles were all really good.

We ordered cauliflower, spicy crab and small size spicy fish head. I really like the cauliflower. So tasty. May not order crab next time. We will definitely go back to try other dishes. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
