Found bugs in my food from delivery after having to wait an incredible 1.5 hours; even though Im located only 4 minutes down the road. We asked to speak to the owners and the boy on the phone (which is apparently the manager) hung up on us. Someone from the health department needs to sweep that place; I used to deliver food, and I understand that it can be difficult; but they make it seem like youre breaking their legs when you ask for the common courtesies that should be customary in the food service industry: Is the food hot after 1.5 hours of waiting? Is it possible to get something fresh? Can we please speak to the owners? I would prefer to get a refund after all of this; how can we do that? Dont even try with these people unless the owner puts out a sign stating that the establishment is under new management... Its sad to see such a great restaurant belittled to such low levels due to the almost criminal actions of the management. Its difficult to fathom how they will remain in business at that rate. I would give less than a 1 star rating if this scale offered negative stars. They would be getting a -(negative)5 star rating.

My husband and I got delivery last night. The kid on the phone was nice but very unprofessional. That wasnt the issue. He told me delivery time is going to be close to an hour. I said that was fine. Ninety minutes later my husband called to find out where the food was. "The delivery boy got pulled over and should be there in the next 15 mins." My husband asked if our food was going to be cold. He said that it shouldnt be and that was that. He didnt address the issue. When we got the food, the delivery boy didnt say a word until the end. I opened the door and he shoved the food at me without saying anything. Then gave me the receipt to sign. As i was handing the book back to him, he muttered under his breath that he was sorry for the hold up and he turned around and ran to his car. The food was BARELY warm. No where close to being hot.

What a joke! I think the server was stoned out of his mind. We couldnt keep his attention for anything. We had to carry our glasses to him to get refills after sitting empty for about 10 minutes. You think he might have kept an eye on us after that, but no, he didnt - so we just walked behind the counter to get our own drinks. Also, I waited on a sauce that I ordered for my dish that never came, at the point of needing to leave I asked if that was ready, and finally gave up and left with my uneaten and paid for meal on the table. Will not be going back to this place!

The Vietnamese egg rolls rocked but that was it. My son got the sweet and sour chicken kids meal. The rice was not cooked all the way and hard. Also no flavor. His egg roll had common in it! I have had pho a few times it was so so good. But this one WOW! No flavor and smelled funny. People that come here and say its good doesnt and never had good Chineses and Vietnamese food before. Will not come back hope I dont get sick.

Not worth the time or money to come eat at this place! We had 5 kids an 2 adults and they brought out one adults food then 15 mins later finally brought out the 5 kids. They never brought out the 2nd adults food at all an our bill was still over $60. What a rip off and like the last person review said it was a freaking joke to go there young a** kids not knowing how to service there customers. Very disappointed! 08/27/15

We love this place. We usually get the meal for 2 and it is a lot of food with the 2 choices and a full order of fried rice. I love the pho also. Their delivery is pretty quick and the service is friendly. This is our go to place, just wish they were open on Sunday but I understand needing a day off. Their lunch specials are a good price for the amount of food that you get and it has good flavor to it.

Ive been wanting to try this place for awhile now and Im glad I finally did. Sure, the interior is lacking in style or visual appeal, but I didnt come there to look at the walls. I had the L16 Jalapeno Chicken lunch combo (with plenty of water!). The food was delicious and came with your choice of soup, an egroll, and rice. Overall I was very pleased and would definitely eat here again!

Food is good! At least the moo goo gai pan. Crab puffs n egg rolls oily but good. Egg drop soup is tasty. No real ambiance. More functional. But they r prompt and reasonably priced. Lunch is best deal I usually get pick up. $7-9. Dinner not great deal. I dont think u get egg roll or soup. My son loves their soup. Pho? Pronounced fu - as in fudge. He buys it all the time.

Service is great. Went in for take out. I always order s/s chicken the first time because how can you mess that up right? Well chicken and sauce was ok but it was just fried rice. No veggies or pork or even a piece of egg just brown plain rice... wonton soup was plane as well. Paid $12 for a dinner and a soup. I feel like I got ripped off. Will no return or recommend.

By far they have the worst customer service! Ordered food at noon and didnt get til after 130 and it was COLD! I called to let them know about it in hopes they could offer me some sort of resolution and the manager wouldnt get on the phone! Hes said he rather lose our business than try to fix it! I work on a resort! Wow wont be ordering from them anymore!!!

Great pho. Pho is all about the broth and these guys nailed it. Very strong, broth while not being heavy. Loved the crab puffs as well. Servers were great and very helpful. Too bad I dont live closer or id have them deliver like every day. Very tasty Thai tea from scratch too not like other places with the powdered kind. Would recommend.

I really love the food there, but i personally dont recommend the delivery service. The first time i got delivery the delivery boy was rather reluctant to give me change and the second time the guy was straight up, "We dont give change." And just walked off. So I go in for pick up now. Great food though!

I have eaten here twice in the past two weeks and found the food and service very accommodating well above these bad reviews. The staff is very accommodating to all the customers from my experience there. I will continue to eat here as long as the service and food does not change!!!

Me and my husband absolutely love this place! I have never ordered anything that wasnt delicious. The lunch menu is great and you get tons of food. Their crab puffs are the best in town! We dine here at least once a week!
