Everyone, Beware of this restaurant!!! I ordered delivery service from the Rice Kitchen several times and I must say that the food was pretty good. However, each time that I ordered food from this place over the phone and used my credit/debit card, I was "purposely" overcharged. After finally figuring out that they are complete "cheaters", I actually got into my car, drove to the restaurant and complained to the owner/manager that the totals on my receipts and the prices that they charged and deducted from my banking account, each time, were "VERY DIFFERENT". Also, I stated to him that because they had overcharged me so many times, that it was undoubtedly not a mistake and that I was going to report his restaurant to the Better Business Bureau. To my disbeleif, he actually admitted that when they delivered the food to my home, I did not give them enough of a tip and that he had decided to ADD an additional tip onto my credit card. I told him that this was an illegal practice and I demanded my money back. Only then, did he offer to refund to me the difference in the cost of my food and what they had overcharged. Also, he didnt even have the decency or integrity to apologize for stealing my money in the first place. The Better Business Bureau will definitely receive a complaint from me!

I would give them four stars but my dine- in experience here was horrible. First, I seated my self to which a menu was present on the table. The lady from behind the counter asked what I wanted to drink and then brought out a can of Sprite along with a cup that reeked of bleach. She then proceeded to ask for my order, though I hadnt looked at the menu long enough to respond. She came back about 10 minutes later to take my order. I ordered an appetizer and a lunch entree. The lunch entree was brought out ( General Tsos chicken with fried rice) and was very appetizing. Halfway through my meal, the appetizer had still not been brought out so I requested that the order be cancelled. The same lady told me that the order was nearly finished being prepared and that it would be out shortly. I no longe wanted the dish- she refused to cancel the order from my ticket. All in all, their food is great. Service, not so much. Great for take-out. Dont dine in.

Im a medical student and I live in the proximity of the medical center... So that mean I have eaten at Rice Kitchen more than a few times... Based on my experiences, the restaurant, internally speaking, is always very clean and unmarked, and the food is always served hot... On the other hand, So what if the delivery guy has an attitude... People, what are we judging here??? The food or the delivery guy/services ?? For me, personally I consider the food... Reason so, after the first 24hrs of digestion, I dont want to become pt in the hospital... In other words, I can careless about the delivery guy as long as my food is being prepared in the hands of people who uses food safety precaution while making my food..... In conclusion, if there arent any cases of food poisoning, then I say to continue dinning there... THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS!!!

Do not go to this restaurant. Because its boss is a cheater and charged more money by a mean way. He sells his food with different prices to different people, which means if you looked too nice he is going to charge you more. I went to twice at dinner time and he said no lunch special provided so charge me more than 12 dollars for entree and 1 bucks for the soap. Unfortunately, I came to the third time at the same week when his employees was there but only charge me 8:00 dollars for a same food with entree and soup , and said they also provided lunch special even it is dinner time. Therefore he charged me 4 dollars more for each time. I asked for explanation and refund, he directly refused and said he is not afraid of any negative reviews.

I just recently began working in the area and heard about Rice Kitchen from a co-worker, I LOOOOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! I get my lunch special General Chicken W/ STEAMED RICE, One of the occasions I ordered my usual they put fried rice instead... Yuk. But ever since then, theyve been really attentive to me. I usually pick up my order to get out of the office (which is less than 5 min away) and avoid any hassle , so I have nothing to say about the delivery... My place of business has well over 300 people working here... So, they better be nice!! lol JK

Me and my fiance are frequent goers for this particular Chinese food restaurant. And we enjoy every entree we have ordered thus far, what we do know is that if you order Beef entrees.. You wont get as much in comparison to Chicken Entrees, also when making your purchase over the phone, make sure you know what you want to order. The receptionist sounds a little irritated, but thats because he wants your order in a hurry. But all in all, Like ivorygold07 has mentioned, the food is GOOD!

This place is so cheap, I ordered 3 lunch specials and crunchy wonton strips. The lady said it was an extra charge for the wonton crunches. I was fine then when I pick up my order they give it to me wrong!! I asked for hot sauce and the cheap man gave me one. Really for three plates!! Ridiculous! I will never go back again, from now on I will go to Hunan . It is down the street and it is much better food and cheaper price.

They always deliver quickly but be prepared to eat a high sodium meal! Even though their fried rice is good it is still very heavy on salt. Almost every dish I have tried there is heavy on salt. The food does taste great though. Drink a lot of water and eat some bananas to balance out your electrolytes after eating their food or you will have major water retention and boating. :-o

Horrible customer service!!!! I just had a baby and ordered delivery. They told me if I couldnt walk to the front of my complex to get my order they could not deliver to me and to call someone else. I live in a very nice complex less than five minutes from their location. Very rude and horrible!!!!! Take your money elsewhere

Just left here around 10:15pm tonight. I went to order and the guy told me that they were closed. Notice the hours on the door and online says they close at 10:30pm. Also the door was still unlocked to enter the resturant. But they were closed. SMH!! Wont ever have to worry about me coming back again in life.

The staff is rude there is a guy with huge attitude and ego problem. He came with a water glass while I was dining. I asked for sriracha sauce from the table beside me as there was none on my table. And he said "Go get yourself". I was shocked at his reply. Thats not a way to talk with your customers.

I live 4 minutes away. (1.5 miles) and it took them an hour and 20 minutes to be "5 minutes away" then i placed the order again, they cancelled it.. Now after placing my order for the third time, they wont answer the phone. Really crappy customer service.
