Disappointing. My boyfriend eats at the Kuykendahl location often and always talks about how great it is. So, tonight we decided to eat at the Panther Creek location since it was on our way home. We were not greeted when we entered, and had to look around for a menu, while the cashier just stared at us for 5 minutes while we figured out what we wanted. We ordered the garlic knots which were slightly over done. Meh, ok, whatever. Still good. Theyre marinara was good. Then I got my Chicken Parmesean. *sigh* It was burnt. The edges were completely black. When we asked about it, they said "It always looks like that when it comes out of the oven." They offered to make another one, but if they are always like that, I didnt see the pont. I ended up cutting off the burnt edges, and removing the crust, and eating what I could. I can deal with poorly trained cashiers, she seemed new and nervous. Thats fine. I can deal with slightly overdone garlic knots. I cannot accept an answer of "it always looks like that." If that is how it always looks, someone needs to figure it out. We will go to other locations in the future.

Got tired of all the Pizza chains (all just 3 stars to me) so been on a hunt for better pizza & lean towards NY Pizzeria style. During 1st week of Sept 2014 ~1:15pm went to Gozzettis (4.7 star), Brothers Pizza (4.2 star) & Crust Pizza (4.0 star). Gozzettis had a buffet so I ate their pizzeria thin pizzas, a salad (french dressing which is hard to find) & a coke - ~$11. Brothers lunch special 2 slices & a coke for $6 then got a 3rd slice for $3=$9. Crust got their lunch individual pizza w/small salad = ~$10. Crust individual lunch pizza was good but I realize I lean more towards NY pizzeria style. Have more places to try but one thing for sure Im not going to support the big pizza chains that much anymore especially with so many small Family Pizza Businesses that do pizza better! I will go back to Crust Pizza.

Crust Pizza Co has Gluten Free pizza, however it is not listed on the menu. IT is a 10inch pizza, you need to ask for it. We did pickup from the nearby Residence Inn, but was given the wrong item. Shame on us for not checking before we left. We ordered a salad that has the same name as a sub and got the sub instead of the salad. My wife ended up eating the sub, but we really wanted the salad. No big deal on that. The gluten free pizza crest was very enjoyable, light and fresh. 10 inch only One of the better gluten free pizza crusts Ive tried and Ive tried a lot of them.

Every single time we have ordered for take-out pizza they have NEVER got the order correct! NEVER! For every one good review they get, there are two bad ones either in writing or discussion in the community. Along with not getting the orders correct, we have also received many pizzas that are burned. The owner obviously has a young staff who either dont listen on the phone, or they dont care. Not a well-run pizza restaurant. Pizza should be just as good when ordering it on the phone as it is in the restaurant. Manager/Owner, please get it together!!

The pizza is awesome!! Love their outdoor patio with a kids playground and heaters. The employees are so nice and helpful and professional. They will do anything they can to provide good service and with a kind attitude. The girl running the register was friendly, efficient and very helpful and knowledgeable in her suggestions. Very clean restaurant and restrooms. Always a great experience, though they can get very busy (because they are sooo good) so I like to go on weeknights.

I love this place. Great patio, laid back environment. Sometimes I stop by just to have a glass of wine after work. Nicole is amazing, shes been there for years. She is always helpful and friendly. She stops to say hello and always remembers peoples names. It creates a warm and family like atmosphere. The food is great, the service is great and the people are amazing. You wont regret choosing this location.

Well, I like the topping choices and the fact that whole wheat was a choice for crust (which Ive never seen before) as well as gluten free but, it wasnt the best pizza. Not horrible however, Im not sure if they normally cut their pizza into 17 different random slices or if the pizza cutter was stoned cuz it was the weirdest pizza I ever looked at lol! Kinda hard to eat without getting super messy.

Pizza is a little soggy. Atmospheres great workers are fantastic. They have a playground in the back for kids lots of chairs inside and out. Most of the pizza I see, is thin crust around me. My wife gives it at 3 but my rating is at 4 so 3 and 4 They have cooling fans outside with misters. And if its too cold they have an awesome heating system outside and closed canopy. Very enjoyable relaxing

First time eating here after hearing pretty good things about Crust and Co. and it did not disappoint. Ordered a medium extra cheese pizza to go. It was ready quickly and the cashier was friendly. Pricing was reasonable too. ($11) for medium pie. I would go again and dine in. The sauce was a touch too sweet for my liking but that would be my only complaint.

This place is always packed. That is because of the good prices and great quality food. I have had both salads and pizza here and they are great. The staff is a little younger, so service can lag sometimes, but it is nice to see a place giving high school kids a place to work and be responsible.

Good kids play area, recently upgraded, but pizzas are overcomplicated and they insist on drizzling "stuff" on every one - look at the photos. Need to simplify and make a better pizza base. Pizza is not meant to be this unhealthy. Used to like this place, but now go to Veros for real pizza.

Love this place! Very nice people that work here! Excellent pizza. They are very accommodating for my wife and I. She has a pork allergy and they always have no problem accommodating and the food is always wonderful and fresh! I would recommend this place to anyone!

The best pizza I have EVER had. They use high quality ingredients for every topping. Both their standard and off beat pizzas are fantastic. It shames ever other piece of pizza I have ever had. I never leave reviews but this place has far and beyond earned it.

Some of the worst pizza Ive ever had. Crust (ironically) has horrible crust, and the sauce tastes like it came out of a can. If you want good pizza in the Woodlands, go to Grimaldis or Wood Fired Pizza (a little farther out near Cypress).

Garlic knots are great. Pizza was good. Crust is definitely for those who like thin crust. Great flavor. We enjoyed the outdoor seating, & the staff was very attentive to us & the neighboring tables. If we were local, wed go back.
