Sometimes the food is great and sometimes its not good. Examples: the peanuts with the white coating over by the desserts where burned and tasted awful; the crab legs were cold; the tapioca pudding tasted like it was spoiled; The Wonton Soup didnt have any wontons in it; the sweet and sour chicken was Dripping in Grease and the egg rolls have a strange taste. They need to make sure everything on the buffet bar is replaced daily, periodically through the day Taste of food to make sure it is good, remove all food that has been burned or is too greasy or is overcooked or undercooked off of the buffet bar, make sure the foods on the cold bar are maintained at the correct temperature to prevent foods from spoiling. The soft serve ice cream is nasty and should be replaced by something good for the price you pay. The soft serve ice cream always tastes like its spoiled. Now the fried rice, chow mein, Mongolian Bar, shrimp and seafood dish, sushi, hot and sour soup, egg drop soup are all so Very Wonderful!!!!

We eat here a lot and have always been happy. However tonite we took the grandkids daughter and her husband and were very disappointed. No one came to give refills on drinks. I had to keep getting up to find someone. I kept putting dirty dishes on a clean table. Had to get someone to get us a cracker for the crab legs. Food selection was not as varied as usual. Not a lot of Chinese...a lot of fish and chicken. Out of their great Bundy cake. Complained to woman manager I had never seen before and with a big smile she said sorry. Then the cashier said something to her in Chinese and they laughed. Wont be back for a while. Maybe they can get their act together.

I had really high expectations for this new location with all hype going around but was pretty disappointed. The dining areas and overall atmosphere was very nice and cozy. But honestly some of the food was undercooked and chewy like gum. They had a very limited selection at the buffet, but offer better deals on the weekends; with an up-charge of course. Some of the food was enjoyable but nothing new from other buffets. Staff was very friendly and wont discredit their service, but they need to work on thoroughly preparing their food before serving it, I know they are rushing to keep the buffet trays full but its pointless if you cant eat it.

Honestly the only thing that was edible here was the sushi but its pretty hard to mess up sushi. We ate here at about 530, so when there should be fresh food and any kind of chicken or beef was cooked or sitting for so long it seemed more like jerky. The beef egg rolls were absolutely disgusting. I tried a little bit of almost everything and still left hungry. The staff was the least bit helpful, the person that sat us was speeding walking ahead of us. I made several comments about the food and it seemed like no one even cared. Will not be returning.

I would give it a 0 but it doesnt go that low. When I first walked in I went to the hibachi, the first two plates were extremely dirty, then I went to the buffet and my cousin had a some hair looking thing in the food, and then the food is not even good, the pepper steak had a silicon rubbery texture so I know that wasnt steak and finally when I told the manager they didnt do one thing. DO NOT GO THERE WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Staff was very friendly and courteous. The food on the other hand was not that great for the amount I paid for the check. $15.13 for one person with drink. It all had a similar taste to the food. Not a lot of variation. Lots of menu items just not taste. Bland I guess is the right word. It all tasted the same. Wings were underdone, chicken tasted old. First time to try this and Im sorry but there wont be a return visit

First and last time eating here. Food was old, all the chicken that had sauce was mushy and the egg rolls were too. Fried rice was dry, catfish was undercooked and so were the fried shrimp. Salmon was just digusting no seasoning, beef/ chicken and broccoli was under cooked and hard. Overall this buffet is too big for them to keep food fresh and cooked properly dont eat here.

So the food, i felt like was very like low budget if that makes sense... everything was very boring looking, most if the food that i tried to eat had little to no taste, as if the cooks really didnt put there 100% into what they were cooking.. im sure some people really like the way the food taste, but im just talking on my experience there, i did not like it...

The restaurant itself was well kept. The service was mediocre. The food was terrible. Pepper steak was raw and rubbery. The fish was hard. The crawfish were old. The crab was encrusted with salt. The egg rolls were greasy and left a weird after taste. The rice was bland. The general Tso chicken was mainly fried batter. Overall, I will not be returning.

I am non seafood eater so maybe thats why I didnt like it. Took my kid here because she asked to go. Over priced, under flavored, and just plain nasty. The rice was crunchy. A restaurant that cant do something as basic as poproperly cook rice. For me and my 4 year old it was about 20$. We would gVe been better off at Panda Express. Can I give 0 stars?

There is too much to say as to why this restaurant was not at all impressive; from the dry, tasteless, greasy, watered down dishes, to the unnecessary abundant & tasteless dessert selection (where there should have been more hot meals), to the hibachi where the customer service is dull & rude. Waste of money and truly disappointed. Wont be back.

Only place for crab legs and they are good too. Other food is fresh and above average for American Chinese food. If you are a purist for genuine Chinese food and ambience them there are better choices, but of you want decent fresh Chinese style food in this past of town then there are no better choices.

Looks nice, but that was it. Horrible food, no flavor, very bland. I wanted some real General Tso and it was crappy, the Sesame chicken tasted the same. The egg drop soup was over done, the salt n pepper shrimp all had crap, just nothing besides the steamed rice was decent. Even the ice cream was poor.

I love the Sushi bar! Nice, big, and lots of food options! A little pricey but overall very good (: We went here and they helped do a quick celebration for my hubbys birthday. And it was sweet. **The birthday cake when we celebrated my hubbys birthday ** And my sushi and dumplings (:

Great prices, food selection is absurdly huge, desserts are also many and good. go there with a serious appetite. And prepare to leave full as you can possibly be. Food is good in general, a bit salty but I think thats Asian food in general! Recommended!
