Ordered a birthday cake (small), and received a very large cake with a very large price tag. I showed them my receipt showing their mistake, which the owner admitted too. We were given a premade cake. She said she was too busy to put my childs name on the cake. Horrible service!

Portion sizes are misrepresented in sample cups and on menus. I paid five dollars for a two scoop sundae that has a one scoop portion. Our total bill for 6 people was $26 and we left feeling ripped off. Save your money for a place that will give you what you pay for.

I love pralines n cream. its slightly above fair price, i am only discouraged if i want a flavor without trying it first, which they provide samples. the sundaes are fantastic and reasonably priced. the Recces sundae is the bomb!

The manager/owner makes his employees weigh and scrape off ice cream from all customers servings, if he believes its too much.. never seen this at any BR in 30 years. Manager creates Super unfriendly atmosphere

Terrible customer service. Owner and employees are Stingy--offered no toppings, didnt fill cones, paper was glued to cones so couldnt even eat. Go somewhere else.
