Got the 3 meat dinner. Chop beef, chicken and sliced brisket. The chop beef does look like it was blended in a food processor and looks and taste more like canned Manwich. They only have a sweet sauce, no spicy. The sauce is more just grease than a BBQ. I would pass on this place if you were looking to try a new BBQ

I had hoped itd be great bbq, seeing as it has that country authentic look to it, but it really is not good at all. The chopped beef was a food-processor puree, oily, mess. Green beans were fine but boring. Baked beans straight from a can. Never again. Go somewhere else.

Ribs are fantastic most of the time. Chopped beef is also very good. Other side items such as green beans and mashed potatoes are pretty typical. If you have a stomach for it during lunch, Two meats combo is fantastic. Ribs and sausages are really good.

I ate here the other day for the first time. I sampled sausage it was old, so was the brisket... I figured go with the chicken so I ordered stuffed potatoe sauce was more pleasant than filling... need to prepare fresh food and stop salvaging food.

We had a great experience here, my husband had never been here before so the cook gave him a sample of the beef to try before we ordered. We each got the beef and turkey with two sides. The meats are really tender and flavorful, great barbecue.

It was nice and quiet, the lunch was perfect to the order. The employees were happy and helpful, food was delicious,and the iced tea was just like I make mine. We will definitely be going to lunch there more often.

The peach cobbler is sooo good that it will make you slap your mama! The BBQ is the best that I have found in Houston so far....side dishes are excellent. It is better than Papas BBQ and the price is right.

2 stars due to servings they will not put hardly any condiments on there baked potato even if u ask for aliitle more. If you pay extra is the only way u will get it, test me on this one plz

Decent barbecue for a lunch stop, location is clean, plenty of sides to choose from, brisket and sausage plate was good, but definitely not top tier. I would go again for lunch.

BBQ is delicious, I always go with the Spicy Links and Ribs combo plate, and you cant go wrong with a Chopped Beef Potato... also the fried okra is awesome!
