Had a great carhop, I do not recall her name unfortunately. She did make a mistake by accidently bringing the wrong order but it was no hassle. On her way back with my families order I had already pushed the call button as I forgot to grab some ice for later. Well the carhop saw me calling right as she was walking up and told her manager that she would take care of it over the intercom. The manager continued listening in on our conversation and was fully prepared to charge that waitress for my drink as the waitress had offered me the 65¢ cup of ice for free due to her little mix up at the beginning, she apologized and went back inside. That would have made the best customer service experience i have had at this sonic in a long time. I went ahead and paid for the ice because the carhop was just attempting to provide good customer service. A manager named Regina disciplines employees for doing their job. Ms. Regina understand that you did a great job today at work with your overbearing controlling attitude. After this I think the food and restaraunt could possibly run a little smoother without you.

In recent experience, they have a sort of rude and short tempered staff. Their volume on the drive trough speaker is low, so its hard to hear them, and they get huffy if they have to say it twice. The food is usually good. I went twice this week. First time, no issues beyond the attitude . Then yesterday, I had the most dry and bland burger ever. Now, I admit I order mine without the veggies, but all they did was barely slap on part of a slice of cheese and add the bacon. (Ordered double bacon cheeseburger). Should have at least had Mayo on it or something. This is the first time I ever felt like I was trespassing by going to a place for the survive they provide. Im not going to sit here and make any bs claim that Ill never go again. But these expenses are certainly going to make me give it a second thought.

The food is normally very good for Sonic. However, in the recent months the service has become rude, less than helpful and slow to get your order out to you. Most notably the quality of the food had gone down. This is our third such visit in the last two months. Will probably try it one more time and if the service and the food have not improved will mostly no longer go to this location and instead take the extra time to drive to either Baytown it Crosby

The guy who brought us our sundae and cone thought it would be cool to yell as we were leaving "Mannn I hate it when they dont tip!!!" Really???? You didnt even properly greet us or smile, like you were happy to be working but you want a tip. Ill give you a tip, learn how to do your job correctly and Im sure more ppl would love to give you a dollar or two!! Geezus.

They have no customer service. The owner of the store wont bother to call his customers back when they have had a horrible experience at his restaurant. oh and Cindy who works there is one of the unprofessional of all. FYI Car hops DO make minimum wage UNLIKE waitresses who have to actually work hard for tips!
