This is my 1st review ever. I was very disappointed with this restaurant. I went up to the counter and informed him that I wanted to eat there on one condition, that I was able to watch a specific football game. The representative said "no problem, I will change the channel after you order." I ordered and paid for my food. I waited patiently for approximately 12 minutes for him to change the channel. He said the food was ready and I told him again that I wasnt going to eat here unless Im able to see the game. He was unsuccessful in finding the game so I requested a refund. Saul approached me regarding the refund and when talking with Saul he was unwilling to refund me the money. I then asked for the manager and than Saul said he is on break for an hour. I told him I would wait for him. After waiting for 5 minutes they went ahead and refunded me my money. I informed him I would have gone to Buffalo Wild Wings if I knew they were going to waste my time. Saul said "Yeah, you should have gone there instead." Im not EVER going back to this restaurant. They were very RUDE and it was uncalled for.

Worst service I have had. My girlfriend and I went into wingstop yesterday to enjoy our favorite wings (Cajun and lousinana rub). Upon near completion of her wings she saw a small bug and told the employees. After picking through her food for 10 mins they came to the conclusion that there was no bug in her food. We were told to provide our name and phone number so the store manager could call us back about the situation but he never did. We just recently called and spoke to the store manager and my girlfriend was told she was a liar, there was no bug in her food and that she can call whoever she liked about the situation but they werent going to do anything. There was no apology during the complaint in store and not one giving during the brief but rude phone call. This location should be avoided at all cost because customer service is not a priority for the staff nor management. I am disgusted and shocked seeing as how I am a frequent customer. Currently we are Contacting their corporate number and the health department. Please beware.

Worse than poor service - RUDE! Menu - Poor! Jose actually started an argument with me in front of a lunchtime crowd! After paying almost $18 for a meal for two, I asked if it came with carrots and celery. He said no. I decided to go ahead and buy 2 orders and noticed it did not come with a dip. I asked him if it came with dip and again he said no. The only thing he offered (not celery, not dip, the price of either, or even whether I wanted to buy them) was to show me the menu and point out that wings dont come with celery and celery doesnt come with dip! To make it worse, an employee was in the bathroom for 20 minutes and there was no sound of a faucet. Ridiculous! Not a very nice experience for me or my son who wanted to wash his hands after the employee used the facility!

Visited this location today and received HORRIBLE service. They gave me the wrong order and charged me twice. The girl at the counter told me how she couldnt assist me because she was not a manager and I had to wait . She was rude and unprofessional and unapologetic. She treated me like I was a thief after SHE got MY order wrong. Then had the audacity to offer my original order that had sat on the counter for 45 minutes. It was cold so i requested they remake it. The attitude i received was unreal. I wouldnt suggest this place to a dog. Dont waste your money on this location.

Corporate really needs to make employment changes at this location! The customer is always right and I work in the food industry so I know! these employees are out right rude! Please take the extra time to find a new location its worth the drive! cant even enjoy your food! By the time you actually get to order and put up with the snotty attitudes you receive who would be in the mood to eat there?

So i placed an order online only yo show up 15 minutes after it was supposed to be done and i still had to wait 10 minutes. Now a black customer got disgruntled cause we were all getting fibbed to on our order times. The employee started yelling at the customer F*** you F*** that (REALLY loud with children around). Needless to say i am never returning cause of poor customer service.

If looking for a good place for Wings heres our favorite Wings. I always order the Cajun Extra wets , the people Work here are always with the best attitude and fast. I always place my order over the phone and always had it on time. Also forgot to mention that were Rescue Movers in Lewisville and this one of our favorite place to stop by when we need refuel after move.

The hot wings tasted like regular hot wings, barbeque wings tasted like it was jack daniels bbq sause on the wings.. not the greatest If you like spicy wings I WOULD recommend the Cajun wings very lightly dipped in the atomic sause! Delicious! Also the fries were wonderful. Blue cheese was a great mix with the atomic as well!

Fast service, well cooked food. The people are nice to boot! If you like wings, this is as good a place as any to get some. My only gripe would be the VERY limited beer selection. I know they are not trying to be a bar but a few crappy Mexican beers and the standard Bud junk does not a good wing nomming partner make.

I been buying food here since they open and today was my first time I didnt get any ranch, with my wings and when I called they said that I dont get any with the order Im very upset because I only eat wing with ranch and this was my last time I will order wing here, Dunking Drucker have betters wing anyways.

This is my all time favorite wing stop!. No matter what time or what day I always get great customer service and they are always making sure my order is correct. When they say my order will be ready in 18 minutes they mean it I have never had to wait longer that 18 minutes && I have timed it!.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE MANAGER ONLY THOUGHT ABOUT ACCOMMODATING MY ORDER BECAUSE HE ASSUMED I CAME IN WITH AN OFFICER HE KNEW. I HAD AN ISSUE WHILE PLACING THE ORDER,AND FRIES WERE EXTREMELY COLD. VERY DISAPPOINTED WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!

Very poor customer service. Was busy for a Friday, no problem. Stepped up to place order and asked for the only open table to be wiped down. Server replied, very rudely that he had a lot of people to take care of. Turns out that the man was the manager.
