I looooooove Starbuckss but this one have some bad employees . I when to get the unicorn drink and I saw they had the sign outside for it . I ordered 2 and the girl said whe dont have it anymore and we wont bring it back , i told her well u guys should get the sign off and dont promote it if you guys arent gonna sell it . The employe came out anc took the sign off and I told her hey Im stuck in line now because it was no other way to go and ask her if she could give me a free coffe for all the inconvenience and she told me well you should it ordered one and keep walking with out caring really rude . That was bad customer service she could it answer any other way . I used to go there almos every day to buy expensive coffe which I love and she ruins my day I will NEVER go back to that Starbucks they need to train the employees to respect and customer service .

I believe giving credit where credit is due so let me tell you about this Starbucks, my travels take me to several Starbucks locations but this one on Trinity and 360 is one I frequent often and on a lovely September/2013 morning my visit was met with no electricity. The staff (manager on duty Brad) was obviously handicapped by the situation, but their spirits where high and the customer service was fantastic. They had limited coffees and services available due to the power outage, and even though I could not get my normal Chai Latte I did leave there with a beverage and a pastry that was equally as yummy. Thank you for the wonderful service I will continue my patronage! Happy Coffee Drinker Tammy Brookover!

Today 12/1/13 I went through the drive-threw around 5:10 a.m. no one took our orders, there was another person ahead of me. I assumed that they were not open yet. But no one came on the speaker to let us know because we sat there a minute or two. When I got to work I checked the hours of this store and it wasnt open until 5:30. Thats fine but no one let us know & that was rude because as I drove on through to leave, as i was passing the drive-threw window I seen someone looking at me drive by. I thought it was rude not to talk through the speaker to let us know theyre not open until 5:30. No good customer service. Thanks you for letting me vent.

This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to. Upon my arrival, I took a seat at a table to work on a few things. 10 minutes later, an employee gives me a cup of water without me asking for it. Another 30 minutes later, a special drink is made just for trying out and Im asked if I want it. Of course I took it...you would too! I can say I love this Starbucks. Staff is very friendly, courteous and beautiful. Enjoy your fresh roasted, fresh ground and fresh brewed coffee! Adieu.

Like several reviews I noticed, the Barista, Niko, couldnt be bothered with my existence. He continued to talk to other people and carry about while I was trying to place my order. We then waited over twelve minutes for our order which never came. When I inquired on the status of our coffee, the same Barista was annoyed that I actually wanted the coffee that I ordered. When we finally did get our order, it was incorrect. At this point we just gave up and left with whatever we received.

Ive been waiting for my drink for awhile. The barista making my drink refused to acknowledge my existence. I dont like to make a scene, so I politely asked where my drink was and all she said was that she already made it. Well you made it, but forgot to hand it to me. Geez thanks, because you know I absolutely love to idle in public places doing absolutely nothing. I get that youre busy, but dont be rude. Not going here again.

About all you can expect from an over-priced cup of Folgers quality coffee. Dont go in unless you want to stand behind someone ordering their traditionally roasted and brewed venti caramel macchiato, three sugared, pump of peppermint syrup, dash of pumpkin spiced organically flavored fair-trade grass-fed soymilk for $12. Just like in Italy...

Very polite. Very professional. Very busy. This crew runs a good shift every time I visit on weekday mornings. They keep it clean and they make good drinks. It can be a little noisy and a little crowded but they are packed because they are good! The line moves quickly. Hang in there and enjoy a good cup of coffee.

Long wait, up to 15 mins, for your order. Small seating area. The employees are not familiar with the Starbucks Free Refill Policies. Wanted to charge me for a free refill of a Cold Brew after I ordered a Mocha. I even showed her the Starbuck website that spelled out the policies and she still would not honor it.

They do not know how to make a caramel cluster Frappuccino. they need to be retrained for real. I want all the caramel thats supposed to be on top, thats why I get it but they never put it there only the chocolate syrup. Ive got it twice so far. The only good thing is that they are nice and pretty quick, but wrong.

Waiting for my drink gives me time to make a good description of this store. The seating area is unclean, the staff appears to be unorganized and unkept. Im the only person in store who has ordered a drink and nobody is making it. Also staff continually touch face and hair, disgusting.

Julia smiled and asked if I was trying to find something in the food cooler. I was. She kept her smile throughout the transaction. The rest of the crew kept busy, especially a young man with Asian features who moved easily and quickly and seemed to be doing everything at once!

Went to the drive thru, there was a line of cars and I thought it was going to take forever to get thru the line. But to my surprise within a few minutes I was at the drive thru window. Service was quick and those working the drive thru are always friendly and smiling.

Service prompt and friendly. Facility busy, so hard to keep counter service moving and kept clean at the same time, although patrons are pretty good about policing after themselves. Donut shop a few doors down if you prefer over Starbucks fare.

Guy in the grey beanie hat who looked depressed and took my order needs to brush up on his customer skills. Try greeting people with a smile, acknowledge them and yes may be even thank them for buying your product. Whats wrong with people?

Ordered through the app and had most of my order ready when I got there. Were very friendly and nice. Missed one drink on my order, but made it quickly when we pointed it out and were very nice about it.

This location is okay...the people that work here always seem to be rude. For the traffic this location gets, they need to hire more people. I have often times waited 10 minutes for dark roast coffee.

Like other Starbucks of late: The drive-through keeps the staff busy. Too busy. The waits can be long and the restaurant isnt kept clean. This location is incredibly cramped. The parking is terrible.
