Went here today, and everyone was busy doing something, which is fine, but the girl that was supposed to take my order ignored the call from on of the girls that was also busy. The difference was that the one that gave the call out was running crazy fast doing other things for drive thru, and the girl whos register it was was moving slower than a snail in molasses in winter on turtle! I walked by her when she was changing a garbage bag by the door, and at the time of the second call to her to take my order, she still wasnt done with that one trash bag. Finally I asked if I could get a coffee, and one of the other girls stepped up, apologized for the wait, got my coffee, and didnt charge me. Then, as I was walking back towards the condiment bar, the girl that was supposed to take my order picked up the creamer jar and walked off towards the back. I went back to the barista bar and asked for some creamer, and another girl again apologized to me for the wait and offered to steam the creamer for me, which I accepted. When I was getting my cream the girl whos ignored the call for help this far emerged from the back, not with creamer, or the creamer jug, but with another trash bag. Good job of the other two saving the day! Awesome customer service and doing their jobs well. Thats how I grew up working and its nice to see others still do that at that age, and disheartening to see someone else working so slovenly slow that smacks of disrespect and entitlement. I will be coming back, but Ill make it a point of trying to avoid buy anything if that one girl is working, Ill go down the block to Dunkin Donuts if shes working a register. If it werent for the other girls stepping up to cover even when they were already busy busy, this rating would be a negative number, instead of a 3. If I see that other girl is no longer working here, Ill upgrade or delete this post.

To start off: I dont go to Starbucks very often. Im living out of a box right now (there was a discrepancy between my move out and move in dates), so Im a bit discombobulated. As such, I didnt have breakfast before going to work. "Ill try Starbucks this morning," I thought. I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I got to the window and asked for cream and sugar. Damn. Big mistake. Look drive-thru guy, I know its busy for you in the morning. You work at Starbucks. But, believe it or not, not everyone goes to Starbucks on a daily basis; not everyone is familiar with the ordering process. Lesson learned: order my coffee WITH cream and sugar at the box. If you ask for it at the window, youll get a surly employee staring daggers at you. He fulfilled my request, credit to him, but the attitude was pretty off-putting. He basically shoved the creamer cup, sugar packets, and makeshift stirrer (a straw) into my hands. I worked a drive-thru myself for several years and disliked it for the most part, but I generally managed to maintain a thin veneer of lukewarm amiability to cover up the general malcontent brought on by my chronic existential alarm at being a minimum wage, grease-stained drudge. TL;DR: I know its hard to be nice to clueless customers, but give it a try, yeah? Wont be back.

This Starbucks is closest to my house but I will not be going to this location again. Todays experience was the icing on the cake. I have turned my head on a few incidents before hoping to have a better experience next time and NO I havent. Its all about perception and customer acknowledgement. ! There is one employee that makes me mad automatically. She is an African American girl who has twisted hair braids and blonde highlights. She never has a smile nor is friendly. She is one of the main reasons I will not give this place my business anymore. I have made a complaint on this employee before and the managers response was we know shes been here for a long time but that she will speak to her. This same employee handled my mobile order today and I truly feel that I didnt get what I paid for her service was the most horrible and it took longer than expected to get my order out. If anyone from Starbucks cares what I think as a customer and would to keep my business I highly recommend counseling this employee/s who dont follow thru with there job. Most importantly give the best of service to the customer and finally give the customer what they paid for. Please save your self from an upsetting moment and DO NOT go to this location.

Horrible service. I went through the drive thru to order an iced latte with Splenda. Before I had a chance to order, I was greeted via the speaker by an unprofessional, giggling school girl. She finally calmed down and took my order, repeatedly asking me to re-confirm my order. When I got to the window, I was given a hot latte instead. I told him this wasnt what I ordered. The barista asked me if he could just add ice into the hot latte. I was literally dumbfounded by his remark, and told him no, and he remade my iced latte by pouring a prior order (previous customers order) of watered down coffee into my cup. When he handed me this watered down coffee, I asked him to make it again as I paid $4 for an iced latte. At this point, I was slightly annoyed that it would take a rocket scientist to make an iced latte. Finally, the barista handed me the iced latte, with only 80% filled up. I told him to fill it to the top with milk if he could, and he handed the coffee back to me with a dirty look on his face. I drove off before knowing that they forgot to add Splenda.

I wish there was more focus on being less wasteful. I asked for a coffee "for here" and the barista put it in a disposable cup. She had already started pouring when I clarified that "for here" meant in a mug. She offered to get me one but that would defeat the purpose of not creating the waste as she would have to throw the cup away anyway. As I was leaving, I asked for a refill, handing the barista my cup and keeping my lid, he proceeded to throw it away, grab 2 new cups stacked and got me another coffee. He grabbed another lid but I said I already had one so he just threw the other, completely unused lid, in the trash. Its sad that I have to try so hard and come off as annoying just to create less trash.

I come to this Starbucks fairly regularly because its at a convenient location, and they are consistently so slow in the drive through. I will wait 10-15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me and then when I finally get my drink (which they still always charge me for no matter how long I waited, unlike other Starbucks which always give it for free if the wait is longer than 5-10 minutes), the drink is always below par and never how I asked for it. Other Starbucks in the area are fast, kind, and always produce quality drinks. Despite its convenient location, I probably wont be coming back here again.
