I pulled up to nobody in line and ordered 1 coffee. I waited 5 minutes and watched as barista made eye contact, ignored giving me the coffee himself, did not tell the girl working window that order was ready. She came to area after walking away and was oblivious that order was ready and it wasnt until I honked at her that she realized she was not done with my transaction. When I asked her what was going on she made excuse about not knowing order was ready and offered courtesy card.

I am quite fed up with this Starbucks. Slow and inattentive service. This is the third or fourth time something has been wrong with my order. Of course Im halfway down the road or at the office before it becomes apparent. One time I had an actual piece of a sticky note in my cup! The last two incidents involve a simple Pike order - they forgot cream and/or sweetener. The only redeeming quality, at this point, is thats its close to my place of residence.

I walk into this Starbucks 3-5 times a week and I have never had an unpleasant experience! In fact, Im always greeted cheerily by the young, friendly and energetic staff who make my visit a wonderful experience. My orders are recieved quickly, and always live up to the quality of taste that has made Starbucks famous. This Starbucks is a great place to stop by in the morning, meet with friends, or even just read a book.

Not sure what happened I usually have excellent service when I visit any Starbucks location. I visited this store and was yelled at by one of the baristas to be quiet. He did this in front of other customers, Ive never felt more disrespected, and embarrassed. If I was being loud I didnt notice, and the way he handled the situation was totally unprofessional.

I ordered a Cascara Latte and the barista gave me a completely different drink, no coffee flavor, no cascara syrup and no sugar on the top... I have been ordering same drink since it went out and this coffee eas by far a good one. I even told him to add the sugar on the top and he was like.. what sugar :/??

Stopped here on our way to look at the lights on Main St and had to wait a bit longer than anticipated. However, the incredibly generous barista gave us our order for free due to the wait and even made a fresh frappuccino while giving us the original one they made as well. Very generous and nice people!

Great service and atmosphere. The only downfall is that it always smells like cigarettes. Im guessing one of the employees is a heavy smoker. The odor can become unbearable at times, which is unfortunate for those who dont smoke.

The food and beverages are awesome, but customer service at the drive-thru is unprofessional and immature. The menu was hard to read from my car, and I got laughed at when I asked a question about what I could order.

Updated interior makes this location feel comfortable and cozy. Relaxing atmosphere considering that it is located so close to a busy highway. Cleanliness was OK, but could be improved on.
