Wai waited 15 minutes for two drinks then they had an attitude its everyday I can understand on food but when theres only two drinks and you cant even get that out you has a very very bad problem Glen Rose Store is nasty inside the health department needs to be called out on them the drink machines are nasty they need to be fixed and cleaned

My wife and I stopped here for some cold drinks after a day of hiking. Before leaving, we asked for a refill on our water and were told "the manager said we cant give free refills on drinks." "Even on water", I asked? "Even on water." What does this policy even accomplish besides making them look cheap?

They where extremely busy I waited from 3:45 pm until 4:07 pm to be waited on .. I ordered food and a happy hour lemonade said could not honor the happy hour price ,. Even tho o was there way before 4:00 pm .. Its not my fault they took so long .. Out of principle I went else were ..

Must be understaffed, went on a Sunday afternoon and pressed red button to order. Was told to hold. 8 minutes later no response (red light still blinking meaning on hold). So I just left. Had a whole car full of people wanting to eat and drink. Went somewhere else.

Usually a long wait, management has been horrible for a few years, order has been wrong 5 out of last 7 times, some of the staff are super nice but others attitude seems as if serving you is a burden. Good food when its right though.

I waited for ketchup and ranch for 30 minutes after I asked for it once my food came out. I was beyond angry and not satisfied. It shouldnt take that long to bring condiments out.

Ordered a drink & onion rings, their rings are to die for. Opened brown bag with onion rings in it & out crawled a tiny cock roach. Needless to say.... Im "done"!!!

Courteous staff! Awful chili cheese tots, but they happily gave me money back even after they closed. Wait was a tiny bit long. My husbands onion rings were good!!

They are really slow. Ive even ordered two drinks and it took them 30mins to get them out. Would not recommend if you are wanting fast service.
