They almost always forget something from combo meals but at least compensate the items- except for today. They said I could drive back up there and they would give me fries instead of my hash browns. Not even worth the gas so they basically overcharged me for less food. The workers havent exactly been very friendly the last few times Ive gone there either. I will not give them any more of my money so now theyve lost a regular customer.

Place is going downhill had 3 cars parked and instead of bringing food out when it was ready they let it sit there till they had all 3 cars orders bagged I sat for 10 minutes up front then finally had to go in and get my one whopper meal!! Then stood inside for probably 5 more minutes before anyone acknowledged me at front counter I just watched them walk past me few dozen times . Hope they dont turn into a bk like Granburys bk

I understand its fast food in all but when you get your order before you can even get your drink well somethings up well it was fries taste like they been there all day were not even hot the chkn sandwich was really salty and you could tell that it had been sitting there for a while not the best experience that I have had with this place very upset

This should be called "NO BURGERS HERE-KING" Their grill has been out of service for a month or more! Better call ahead if you want a burger or better yet go somewhere - anywhere - else!!! I ordered a large fries not a box of fry end bits! And no salt! They REALLY need to get their act together!!!

Just came home with to go order. Code 74?36-39121-??711-061036 Chicken Fries. Not edible. Cooked to double dark brown crust & dried up meat. What a disappointment. Will not visit again. This was final straw. Every visit has had something beyond edible. Shameful service in a competive market area.

The staff was friendly and the food was what we ordered. The staff seemed to be a little slow at getting the order ready so it was a longer wait in the drive through. Seemed to be under staffed at the time. We have experienced this several times before at other Burger Kings that we have visited.

Very courteous, very helpful-the night shift provides better service and are more quick to fix an error. FYI many of the complaints on here are probably because people ordered their food before using the restroom or whatever. Ive never had cold food given to me.

Restaurant is very dirty and smells, The bathrooms are deplorable!! it was a miracle that our family did not contract food poisoning from this establishment. Lots of great places to eat in Glen Rose, this is not one of them!!!

Even for a Burger King, this location is unimpressive. Dirty with unsavory characters hanging out in the parking lot. Busy with travelers from the highway. Unimpressive. There are better places to eat. Skip this location.
