Wow, I have never left a 1 star review before, but the experience was that bad. Food was Sysco, not freshly breaded as menu states. It is the exact same chicken you get at Sonic but 3x the price. Service was literally about the worst I have ever had. I would ask the waitress for something and as soon as she turned around my request vaporized. Then she would go talk to her coworkers for 10 minutes. After 4-5 times of asking her for something she would finally bring it to me, say Sorry, and go back to talking to her coworkers. If you want good wings (and service) make the drive to Pluckers or Wings and Rings.

They are consistent, fast, and there are many different flavours to try. I have never had to wait for seating, they have a few good beers on tap, and they give you pretty fast service. They arent cheap, but I think its worth it. As for the wings themselves, I love them. I think they know what they are going, and I am glad their here in town. I think that this rating will go up quickly over time. They are still new, but I have noticed over going a few times they have worked out the new store kinks, and my last two times have been very smooth and relaxing.

Service is terrible. This is the second visit in a row where our wait staff does not come and greet us at the table. We have to find another staff member to tell our waitress to come over. No apology for taking forever Then I order a beer that is on the printed menu and on the TV menu and the waitress asks me, "What is that?". Upon returning to the table, "Oh we have not put that beer on tap yet"....Really? Why is it on the menu. Again, though, no apology I love Bdubs food but I will be driving to Cedar Park to get it, like I did before this location opened.

Food and drinks were good. But make sure you know how much your drinks cost. We asked our bartender/waitress how much they were and she went and asked and came back and said about five dollars per drink at the happy hour discount. When we check out my friends drinks were seven dollars a piece so he asked the manager about it. Well, the manager says we shouldve known exactly how much they were. Where is the price posted we asked? The answer is no where. Obviously this manager has zero management skills. We will not frequent there anymore

Came here for lunch the week it opened. Took nearly 2 hours to compete lunch. They messed up my beer order and had to give me a free one. They brought my girlfriend the wrong salad, and had to fix it. Then they tried to charge us for everything, so we had to get them to fix the receipt. They server was nice, but she was clearly inexperienced. Food was good once we got it, but it took way too long, and too much effort to get it right. Well try it again in a month or so.

Wings were served with no sauce. Ordered 1 with medium sauce, 2 with hot barbeque.. instead of offering to fix it, server brought us containers of sauce to pour over over our wing. $2.99 for a single serving of fries that was only half full. $4.99 for cold greasy onion rings. Drinks were never refilled, or even offered refills. $42 for not even so so food..(had coupon for snack size wings, otherwise it would have been $48). Wont be back.

The worst experience Ive ever had at a restaurant. We were there all of two hours. We didnt get our drink order until we had been there almost 45 minutes. Our order didnt arrive at the table until we had been there almost an hour and a half. One member of our party had to change his order to a to go plate. On top of all that we were served beer in dirty glasses and our food was cold. They werent even busy. We will never ever go back.

I had a very pleasant experience! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating! I was instantly seated and it wasnt long until our server was there to help us--which was great considering we came at their busiest time it seemed like on a Sunday afternoon. The food was out fast and tasted wonderful. I will definitely be coming back!

No exaggeration here, the WORST experience I have had at any restaurant. An hour to get our food, everyone in my party had their orders utterly mixed up or completely wrong. Management did not seem to acknowledge issues until way later in almost 2.5 hr visit. Will NOT be going back and I will not recommend this to anyone I meet.

The front did not know the ebtire procedure for taking an order to go and my food took over 25 minutes to be handed to me. Once i did get my food there wasnt any ranch fkr my wings which i had to wait another few minutes for n my food wasnt even hot like it had been sitting for at least 10 minutes.

My worst experience in a BWW! It took them 40 mins to get me my food. The manager did not come to my table to explain the siting or apologize for the bad service. They didnt offer any deals for the bad service. Bad customer service. I would give this place a 0 star if I could. Bad management!

First and last time going there..poor service and they messed up our order to go. We had to drive back and they did comp the missing part of our order but by the time we got home everything was cold..for the price not worth the trip..Ill drive to RoundRock for wings..

We were seated right away with drinks, but 20 wings took 1hr and mild was spicer than medium. Fries were good but there werent much in a large.Overall the wings were tasty. Waitress was helpful but slow.
