Came for kids eat free Tuesday night...EXCEPT they only eat free if ONE adult eats...if you have TWO adults...you have to then pay for the childs meal...even tho is kids eat free. Nowhere did i read this Lil tie bit of information. Nor did anyone say anything until after i had paid...or i would not have chosen to eat here. The Manger on duty said he didnt understand either...yet made no move to rectify the situation. Absurd... Update: franchise owner contacted us and made right. Apparently the employee/manager on duty had not idea what he was doin.

Love Firehouse Subs sandwiches, but you should always get a receipt. Went to FH today and had a coupon for a free drink and chips with the purchase of a sandwich. Used my debit card and was ask if I needed my receipt, I said no.............. Just looked at my account transactions and I was charged for my drink and chips. Only $3 bucks, but in a tough economy. $3 is $3. That kind of stuff ticks me off. Im going back tomorrow and get my $3 bucks back.

Ordered a veggie sandwich with honey mustard on wheat bread to go. Got home to discover a "sandwich" made with white bread, "sautéd" mushrooms and cheese. Umm...2 veggies on a veggie sandwich, and the wrong kind of bread. Thanks guys.

Food was great and well priced, but they got the order completely wrong. I ordered 5 subs and not a single one of what I ordered was in the bag. The staff also seemed very unhappy to be there. Id dine somewhere else if you can.

I eat at Firehouse in Georgetown almost weekly. Always very friendly employees, great food, and excellent choice of sauces. Soemtimes the place is a little messy when they are busy, but that doesnt keep me from coming back.

Sandwiches cold. Customer service sucks! Guy used restroom didnt wash hands! The Hispanic "manager" kept starring at me when I was eating my sandwich kind of intimidating.

Had a FH sub for the first time this past weekend. Had the corned beef and pastrami, and the ham and turkey. Both were excellent and filling. I am coming back soon.

Unfortunately corporate greed has set in here too, prices go up portions go down, $8 for a small sandwich and a drink, put some frickin meat on there Firehouse.

Great hot tasty subs. They dont bother you with questions as they are making the sub. The bread is soft, and they have lots of sauces to try.
