I ordered a sandwich online to save time over my lunch at work. I tried to call to change the pickup time to a later when my work schedule changed, but no one answered. I arrived to pick up my sandwich (at the original scheduled time) and I think it was made right when I placed the order because it was room temperature (definitely not even a warm wich) and the bread was so soggy it crumbled apart when I unwrapped it. The inside was delicious, thankfully, but I will never order online again. That was a huge mistake.

Talk about a store that is a joke, the staff dont listen to you ordering or get it wrong most of the time. FYI the things hanging on the left and right side of your head are called ears and you need to listen with them if you arent sure of the order do a read back to the customer not only will they appreciate it , they will get their correct order as well. maybe next time ill just hop over the counter and make it myself that way i know it will be right!!

fail fail fail! the manager argued with me stating they dont accept Apple pay. I said this fine is Samsung pay and i just paid with it just 2 days before. he continued to say no we do not and even showed me the computer screen as the system took my payment. Egg on his face, but did he offer any apologies? no my bad? Nope just a boy manager. Why must Chick fil a be closed on Sundays!!??

Legitimitally the worst which which Ive been to, unsanitary beyond belief, all the employees come off as if working is punishment, refuse to make a sandwich properly, cant even follow directions on a brown paper bag on exactly how to make a sandwhich. Better off paying a delivery fee or driving to get a "superior sandwhich"

Sandwich was good but it was interesting to watch what I am assuming and hoping is off duty staff just walk into the back then begin taking chips and drinks. If I realized this was an option, I would have gotten free chips and drink like those folks instead of paying. Really raised questions about sanitary conditions.

Mostly younger guys that work here. Maybe not the best, maybe even super casual; but darn, they make a good sub. I come here everytime I cant bring food from home. They have a mall employee discount, and are pretty decent human beings. Give them a chance to make your day!

Bread wasnt cooked. Meat literally tossed onto sandwich. Kid working had pants well below butt and scratching said butt. I never write reviews because who cares, but if you consider eating here do so at your own risk. Potential for food poison 10/10.
