Litterally was in line for an hour before I was able to order, terrible efficiency as far as ordering goes, they would take three orders then be busy doing other things, then take an order than make a sandwhich, then 2 orders, then a sandwhiche. Meanwhile EVERYONE is standing in line holding a paper bag waiting to pay. Just take everyones order so we can at least sit down and wait for the food. Yes, There were only two people working BUT only one person was making the sandwhiches. So what was the second worker doing? Thank goodness the sandwhiche was amazeballs.

I love this place .that is until I went to the one in addison.I normally go to the 1 in Allen and its always awesome.thinking its the exact same restaurant it would taste the same. the turkey was horrible it just was not made to the perfection that I am used to receiving in Allen at which which. So I do not recommend no 1 to go to the 1 in Addison Texas at which which to eat. wants you had it right the first time you tried a different place it taste a whole nother way.

They have more gourmet sandwich offerings, but their prices are slightly higher. Excellent throughput by having customers able to check boxes for all the meat, cheese, vegetable, and sauce choices ahead of time. Makes checkout go much faster and you get your sandwich in the same amount of time as it would normally take. Plus not exposing all the ingredients keeps them fresher and avoids contamination by having hundreds of people walk past them looking through the glass.

This location is very unfriendly, particularly the purple haired lady I can only assume is the manager of this location....when trying to order a large she tried to charge me double for one sandwhich $17.95 twice as any other sandwich on their menu I had to end up "settling for a normal" sandwich she was very snarky and rude and I will not be going back to this which wich in Addison aweful customer service and horrible staff

I like this sándwich places bit this one was a horrible experience, me and my kids where there abd the lady at the front was on her cellphone just galking and finally she hung up, no manners at all not even when the sandwich was ready they didnt bother to let us know.. bad experience....

I like this place well enough. The sandwiches are decent, but unspectacular. Its nice that they are so customizable, though. And I do like their ordering system (check off what youd like on a paper bag).

I just arrived from out of town on a business trip looking for a sandwich shop. Arrived here 10 minutes before closing and the doors already locked. The person inside just shrugged his shoulders.

Gourmet subs, with toppings you cant find at your standard sub shop. The price might be a little more than a subway or quiznos but not by much and the taste is light years beyond.
