If I could give this place negative stars I would. I was served old lukewarm chicken and soggy fries, when I called the employee that answered asked why I wanted to speak to a manager, I then repeated myself and ended up speaking to Maria, I explained to her that my chicken was pretty much cold, and I didnt have one single crispy fry. She gave me a half ass scripted apology, I asked for my money to be refunded and she agreed to do so. (If I went back to the restaurant), I have had an upper respiratory infection for the past few days so my girlfriend went to get a refund. Now, I am part of a restaurant management team, and in a situation like this one I was trained to offer to remake the food, and then offer a refund for the inconvenience. Maria told my gf that she could have the food or the refund, not both. This is unacceptable, I asked my gf to ask for restaurant information for a complaint. You would think that the "manager" would provide that information, well she told my gf her first name only and that the complaint number was on the door. Again unacceptable, the information should have been written down and full names provided. When my gf asked for the general managers name Maria again gave only his first name. I called corporate and let them know what happened, I asked for the GM to contact me and the DM as well. Hopefully they didnt go through whatever training Maria went through. Dont waste your time with this popeyes, there is a reason its always dead.

Upon seeing that Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen was opening up a new location in the northern section of Frisco, I was very excited. Unfortunately that excitement turned to disappointment very quickly as I visited the new restaurant. After the first experience with the restaurant ended in disappointment, I held out hope that perhaps it was an isolated experience and that a second visit would surely yield more positive results, but once again I was extremely disappointed. The food was wonderful on both of my visits; however the customer service was so bad that it will keep me from visiting this location again in the future. The employees at the drive-through window were so rude and abrupt, making me feel as though I were "bothering" or inconveniencing them with my visit. I did not visit at a time that was right before closing, so I am not quite sure why the employees were so "put off" by having to serve a customer but their rude attitude will ensure that they will not serve me again in the future.

Not sure if hes the manager or something. Instead of just changing my order he shouts at me and even insisting I made a wrong order. Seriously? Cmon! I ordered 10pcs chix strips mild then went back to the car, when I check he gave me 10pcs chix not strips so I return and told him with the smile on my face that I ordered stips... Then he just shouts at me and said you never told me you need chix strips! The worst part - he change my order to chix strips but instead of mild, he gave me a spicy strips. Im so sad because that food was for the pre-K students including my daughter. Of course the kids dont eat it coz its spicy!

Fue una experiencia aterradora ver como con una escoba limpiaban la parte superior de la campana de la cocina, cuya basura caía a las freidoras de los pollos, en tanto el cocinero colocaba su zapato en donde preparaban la comida para "asear" las partes altas. Carecen de total ingiene en la preparación de alimentos.

Popeyes is one of my favorite chains. It is hard to rate this one though because you just never know. I will say service is always fast and friendly but the food is just hit or miss. Sometimes the chicken is spectacular and other times it is stale and/or overcooked. This place used to be awesome every single time but it seems as time goes on it continues to degrade. I sure hope they get back to being awesome all the time. It is hard to imagine life without Popeye’s but if they don’t get it back together I will have to stop going. :(

This is probably the worst run restaurant in the metroplex. It was supposed to open like April 6th but the failed city codes. So they opened about August 6th 4 months late. When I saw it was open I went to the restaurant I noticed they did not have daily specials and they had no Coupons allowed. I said why no coupons and the clerk responded in order to make up for lost revenue. I for one will not go until they offer the same specials all the other Popeyes offer. So until they conform I recommend boycotting the restaurant

This has to be the worst Popeyes experience EVER!!! ME AND MY SISTER ORDER TWO TWO PIECE DINNERS AND WAS TOLD TO PULL UP AND WAIT FIVE MINUTES FOR FRESH CHICKEN FIVE MIN TURNED INTO 20 NOT TO MENTION THE GIRL AT THE WINDOW JENNIFER WAS SUPER RUDE WHEN WE TOLD HER SHE MESSED UP OUR ORDER THEN AFTER A BIG FUSS WE GET HOME TO RAW CHICKEN UPON CONTACTING THE DISTRICT MGR. HE ACTED AS IF HE DIDNT CARE ETHER SO THEN WE CONTACTED CORPRATE TWO DAYS AGO STILL NO RESPONSE DONT EAT HERE RUN!!!! LEGAL ACTION COMING SOON!!!

Was Popeyes good as always... But while I was waiting for my food a former military man or could be active military came in and asked for military discount to which the cashier said they dont give military discounts... No bueno! shame on you Popeyes!! Our military our servicemen need to have some sort of perks as bad as we treat them in this country! so until Popeyes starts giving servicemen and wonen a discount they wont be seeing me anymore. I bet they give student discounts...

Food is okay, but bet it would be great if you were given what actually was supposed to come with your meal... They left off my daughters gravy for her tenders that I paid for as well as the sauce that comes with the newly advertised beer can chicken. Pretty bland without the sauce they are supposed to put with it. Service at this location sucks. Wouldnt recommend it because you wont get what you ordered and paid for.

First of all their signs are misleading management and Associates to argue with customers and then the shift manager comes out and argue with customers also they refused to give the general managers phone number or the the district managers contact information customer service at this location is very bad dont waste your time going there they are empty all the time for a reason

Would not accept mobile coupon that was associated with their store location. Manager stated coupon had to be printed in hard copy form. The coupon had no language associated with it needing to be printed for redemption. So much for this restaurant corporation being mobile friendly and being in the 21st century.

Came in for a late lunch today and ordered the number 6 with a side of gravy. Was missing one piece of chicken if you can call it that. The chicken I did get taste like a fried shoe and had the texture to match. The only thing that came out right was the biscuit and the tea.

ordered 10 piece bucket and they recooked half the chicken pieces (probably been sitting there a long time) to rock hard and inedible. The other half tasted great and you can tell it was a fresh batch
