I went through the drive thru today on lunch attempting to try a place Ive seen for awhile. I was greeted by a low hardly audible voice asking for my order, I asked for the 3 piece tender meal and was only asked what drink I wanted before being told my total. The lady at the window could barely string three words of English together. After paying I wait about ten minutes thinking it must be busy inside until another staff member asked me what I was waiting for....I informed him I ordered a meal and was never asked what sides etc to which he said he would get the order immediately. Five minutes later I finally just ask for a refund which took another five minutes for the lady to understand what I was saying. There are 92+ working age CITIZENS that are not in the work force, the cashier in question has no business working there but if she is going to flout the law at least learn our language. This is why folks are voting for TRUMP. Build the wall so I can argue with incompetent teenage Americans about screwing up my order!

No way... Just dont.. staff is nice but what u get here is cheap, Chinese-delivery style chicken that is disguised as deep fried southern chicken. There are way too many options around in the area for you to have to go here. It is dismal, and only able to remain in its prime location because they must be making a killing off of charging people insane amounts for garbage food. I work in food Industry, crappy food that is, and I dont even like this place. Just saying go down the street..

Mr. Firas Mustafa Not even people that want their chicken fresh out of the oil have waited that long!!!!!! At the store you said you have been waiting for 30 minutes now you added 10 minutes lol... You were inside the store for 15 minutes and incase you didnt notice you were not the only costumer.... You were the only one complaining and the ONLY ONE THAT DIDNT EVEN PAY.. IF YOURE GOING TO WRITE A BAD REVIEW ON SOMETHING TRY TELLING THE TRUTH!!! ✌

THE WORST PLACE EVER! I go to the drive through an order a 8 piece. They tell me it will be 10 min for the chicken to be ready. I park and go to wait inside. 35 min later i go ask how much longer and they tell me it will ready one more minute. 10 minutes later i go to ask again. I tell the cashier its been over 40 min and she goes "if you dont want it then you can just go". SERIOUSLY????!??!!!!

Hands Down the Best Williams Chicken in DFW! Hot Sauce dispenser, every meal comes with a jalapeño and the chicken is the best Ive ever had. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Ive searched low and high for better fried chicken and this particular location cannot be beat. I always eat there within 24 hours of flying back to Dallas.

Ive eaten there probably 5 times in the last year. The food is good, price is OK, and the place is clean. Its great for a fast fried chicken meal. Getting into and out of its parking lot is a challenge. Only a few tables to eat at inside.

This is the best fried chicken place I have ever been to. The chicken is fresh and delicious. Not only do they have good chicken but they have different selections. You just have to try them out yourself. I guarantee that you wont regret.

Williams has some of the best fried chicken in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and if youre willing to wait for them to cook it for us then even better. Sprinkle on some jalapeno juice and it is perfect
