The service at the Duncanville location is the worst!!! Avoid these idiots they screw up your order and try to charge you the wrong price and when you ask them what the hell they are thinking they close the window. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AT THIS LOCATION

THE BEST mashed potatoe bowl ever!! I order the same thing at every KFC Ive been to.... which is at least 25 different locations nationwide. This one left me VERY satisfied! I mean, just look at the yummy goodness I got. Sooo what I needed Saturday, glad they didnt disappoint. Thanks!!

They tend to forget items from my order. This time it was my biscuit. The brown gravy might as well have been water and the chicken strips should have been called nuggets. Not going back.

Worked here for 2 1/2 years during high school you would not believe what I saw...be careful what you eat (especially the sandwiches)
