Drove 10 miles from my home to get chicken, when I arrived home I noticed that I did not have any peppers. I called to the Williams location, spoke to the Manager, and informed her that I did not receive any peppers. Her response was "well you can drive back up here and I will give you your 0.35 cents back, that is fair". I was shocked that the Manager would have such response. I will not be returning to this Williams Chicken or any Williams Chicken location, as the customer service was extremely poor and I do not want to spend my money, on a restaurant that offers such poor service.
