I started buying these at my gym- Extreme Iron Pro Gym - and had heard good things and everything everyone said is right! I have had the protein pancakes, brisket sliders, chicken/bacon/ranch quesadilla, protein pizza, and I think thats all so far. Anyway- all good, fresh, NEVER FROZEN, and the macros are right there on the label. Easy. High protein + low fat meals for anyone following IIFYM. Im Super happy and satisfied with this company. Cant wait to get down on some cake balls- hopefully they have them next week

Most of the time when I get a pre-prepared meal, that is supposed to be healthy - it is dry and like eating cardboard - but the Chicken Cordon Bleu meal I had from Icon Meals was both tender and juicy. I popped it in the microwave and a couple of minutes later I was enjoying a fantastic dinner. Ive tried so many of these types of meals and this one was the best Ive had. Highly recommended!

I usually dont right posts, but I was surprised to see no reviews for that place. If you are serious about your weight and body fat% this is the right place for you. The meals are lean, delicious, and cheap. I tried simple fit and my fit foods, they offer good food but not really lean and more expensive.
