Never had chick fil a before until I came here. Cashier was very nice and helpful in helping me pick from the menu as I was new to it. So good customer service and the meal was very good. I got a wrap, cant remember the name but it had avocado, and fries. This was also the fastest Ive ever gotten my food! Took less than a minute! I literally ordered, turned around to get some napkins/ketchup (that only takes a few seconds) and a lady handed me my food . I even asked if she was sure it was mine because it happened so fast i thought it was for someone that ordered before me. Only thing was when I went, it was loud and SUPER crowded, not a single seat available. But i suppose that would happen around lunch time at a good place to eat, so I will not deduct a star from them for it even though I was hoping to eat inside. I enjoyed it and had a good first impression. I sure Ill come back to eat again (probably at a less busy hour!)

The establishment is always immaculate. I am handicapped and use a walker and I am always accompanied by my grandson. While my grandson begins to help me get off of the car Chick-fil-A associates always jump in to help us. They are all so well-trained and compassionate. When in doubt as to how they might help me, they all have asked, What can I do to help you, maam?" Windy days they are outside of the establishment and quick to catch the car door and helping me get inside the bldg. They always acknowledge my young grandson. Then, of course, theres the top quality food. We are approached more than once to check on our needs and automatic refill of tefreshments. I love that my own grandson has picked up on courteous responses such as "My pleasure." Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant, bar none. Antique Rose

Very friendly employees and great customer service! I have been to this location several times including the drive thru and and have also dined inside. Every visit has been great and employees are very attentive. You order, they give you your drink, and you go find a table. They then bring you your food minutes later and bam! Bon a petit! Dig in. There is always somebody coming to you asking you if your doing okay and if there is something you need. (Refill, more ketchup, sauces, etc) Its always great to eat at chick fil a and employees are always in such great spirits! Thanks!

I like going to chick fil a, good food, great service, clean, and always fresh flowers on the tables. What I dont like is the long lines this location always has. It is a nightmare. They do have someone outside taking drive through orders but it is still slow. Customer service is always excellent, something chick fil a is known for. The restrooms are well kept and even have mouthwash and disposable cups which is cool. The also have the newspaper so you are not just bored sitting there if you came with kids. Would highly recommend.

Experiences at this location are ALWAYS wonderful. There is a HUGE amount of traffic through this restaurant around lunch time, but the staff goes above and beyond to make the best experience. Even though the lines are ridiculously long, the wait is never very long. Every experience Ive had at this locations was a success, even with the four kids I bring with me. The area is extremely clean especially the play area. Wonderful place to eat!

I go to this Chick Fil A about twice a week and they are always friendly and highly professional. They always treat me with extreme courtesy and kindness. They have never gave me a wrong order and always place exactly the amount of sauces I ask for in the bag. I even was offered a free milkshake once that the car infront of me paid for, for me. //LOVE IT HERE

Not great. Went for the peach shake.....expecting a good shake....it was CANNED PEACHES.....not fresh, not very good. AND, the girl at the counter left mine there melting while she had a LONG discussion with a lady at the counter. Then she said "sorry" when the manager asked why I was still waiting. Now I know why I dont usually go here. And, this visit did NOT help.

I order the yogurt parifait along with a grilled chicken sandwich and they failed to put the parifait in the bag and they give the wrong kind of bar b q sause...I asked for the bar b q sause that goes with the chicken sandwich but they give the type for chicken nuggets...if this is such a great place they need to get the orders correct.

Hands down the best Chicken sandwich anywhere. Good Conservative Christian owned busines; Friendly staff, amazing food, and wonderfully environment. My little boy accidentally spilled his soft drink and a staff member immediately arrived to mop it with glee not with anger or frustration. This place 100% kid friendly. Great place!!

I really enjoy all of Chick-fil-As menu. I especially like the market salad and the grilled club sandwich with Chick-fil-A sauce. My kids also like the chicken nuggets. The employees are well trained and polite. The only thing I dont like is that is always so packed with people but we still enjoy eating there.

I LOVE CHICK-FIL-A the only thing I hate about this, is that it I always full. but they are VERY fast and have EXCELLENT Customer Service. It is also located on the crowded place in Montwood and right in front of the tragic lights so its hard to get out unless you want to go all around. but above all, GREAT.

I love their drive thru, so fast and convenient! The 2 lanes could be filled with cars, but they will still work fast to make sure you are in and out quickly. Its funny how McDonalds has two lanes as well, yet they take forever with your order and the food is not even close to being as good as Chik Fil A.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could!!!! AMAZING service!! Smiles, holding the door, helped me carry my items to the table, got my daughter a booster seat and more :) Even brought mints to my table at the end of the meal!! :) GREAT JOB! We will def be eating here again! :)

Came here with my mom. The employees were super sweet and nice ! The place is clean and they had freash flowers on all the tables! There was one employee who was very kind walking around cheaking on everyone! For being fast food i sure felt like we were at a regular restaurant.

The staff is always very attentive, doesnt feel like you are at a fast food restaurant. Food is great and salads simply the best. Only place I know puts lettuce ona spinner to drain the water so salad doesnt get soggy.

A little disappointed with the food. I love the breakfast from there but no more spice sandwiches for breakfast, also no more Tabasco sauce. I still love there food but I dont know if I will go back for breakfast.

The new drive through solution turned this place from a near murder scene every day to a moderately decent place to visit even on peak times. Food and service are consistent with the franchises across the country.
