Very dissatisfied with my visit today. The front staff were very polite but it went down hill from there. My quiche Lorraine was hard as a rock from sitting too long under the heat lamp. I took it back and got a chicken friand which they originally said wouldnt be out for 30 minutes. My husband ordered a chicken parisien and it took well over 30 minutes to come to our table even though people who came in later than we did got three hot breakfasts. To top it off, we went to order dessert. They had a full tray of cafe aulait mini tarts but told us that was not for us, it was for someone else and that they had none for paying customers. Ok, fine, but dont have a full tray in your display counter, put it in the back.

Every single solitary time that we come here ,there is an issue with the food.. Greeting staff and the staff behind the line are always very unfriendly.Never sincere... . The young gentleman that delivers the food to the table is always fantastic and as quick to make everything right when it comes out wrong..he is great and others can learn from his service attitude.. I love the food but staff needs some retraining on friendliness and attention to detail...

We have been going here for years. The past few time things have not been good. Went this morning and it was practically empty. I ordered crepes romanaf and she send me to the salad bar. Lady at the salad bar gave us strawberries and the sauce. Went to check out and when we said we had ordered crepes she took the strawberries off our tray and PUT THEM BACK to be re-served! When our order arrived it was still wrong. Used to be so good. Very upsetting.

This place used to be fantastic, but the quality of the food (and coffee even) had really deteriorated over the last several years. I used to love their Christmas Yule log, but now it is inedible. Pastries are just not what they used to be, and the non-dessert options are much greasier than they used to be. Its still good for a quick bite and a step above typical fast food, but its nothing special.

I love the food but the service at this location is terrible! There is no clear indication as to where you can pick up TO-GO orders... I waited in line only to be rudely pointed in the direction of another line I had to wait in. Also asking the woman working the to-go/bakery checkout to split my ticket for multiple payments was a fiasco. Definitely wouldnt recommend. Fix this!

Standard La Madeleine, but their coffee mugs and silverware were filthy -- all were still hot and wet as if they had just come out of the washer, but coffee mugs still had scraps of food on them, and the silverware still had scraps of food / smudges on them that had to be rubbed away with a napkin. Food was good, like any other La madeleine.

The food here is great, especially the Caesar chicken. I often go there and order just the chicken to go. Also, the blackberry cream cheese croissant. Its delicious. Really the only issue with this place is how crowded it always is. Theres just not room to move around, particularly at the coffee bar. Still, very worth it to try it.

Last time we ate at this location they took our food to someone else. We were there for about an hour before we ate. The last couple of times we have been there the coffee machine has been out of order. It is poorly ran. Maybe new management is needed and would help if more of the staff spoke English

Unfortunately la Madelaine has really declined. The staff does not seem engaged in the service or food anymore. Some of the food is still decent, but most now seems to be heated from frozen. Cleanliness had also declined. I used to love this place and enjoyed being there, but no more.

Rudest staff who act like they are a REAL french restaurant instead of a fast food soup, sandwich shop. You go down a cafe line to order and they are rude at this location. Try the better run Hulen location. Food is okay at either but you wont feel disrespected at the other.

I love La Madeleine because it reminds me of an old cafe and store in the France countryside. Their food never disappoints, either. No, its not the same as going to France, but if you cant make it there for lunch tomorrow, la Madeleine might be the next best thing.

La Madeleines is one of my favorite places to eat! I love their food and -oh the bread is just so fantastic! Whether I am eating the Tomato Basil Soup or the Salmon Spinach Salad - I never leave disappointed! The atmosphere is great and so is the service!

Everything here tastes awesome. Lovely atmosphere, but a bit pricey if youre looking for a cheap eat. I have friends that hate tomato soup, but they make exception for this one.
