Chef Chandras South Pacific Tasting was amazing. The menu was well thought out and delivered far beyond anything you could imagine. The Only thing different about the South Pacific menu and being in the South Pacific was the absence of sand. From the Thai Spring Rolls to Dessert it was almost impossible to decide which of the 10 servings was better. The BEST one was the on in front of you. Casual dining and perfect atmosphere for chatting with the guests at your table while be attended to by the very personal and professional staff makes these event s a MUST ATTEND. The Bastion catered my Thanksgiving this year -it made for a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner! It serves about 8 to 10 people, its a set menu with just incredibly curated food items. There wasnt any food left over and may I just say it was also our first time trying Cajun deep-fried turkey never in my life have I tasted such savory goodness. Chandra the culinary Chef was most gracious and helpful in avoiding the multiple allergies we have in our family. There was no need to warm anything up. It was ready for pick up and ready to eat exactly at our pick up time. Save yourself time and kick back and enjoy a catered Thanksgiving to go!

The Bastion catered an event at CUT Salon for Arts Goggle this past weekend and I was told that they were going to make their version of my favorite sandwich, the Muffaletta. Of course I was skeptical since I lived in New Orleans and regard myself as somewhat of a connoisseur on the subject. But, I have to say this sandwich from The Bastion is THE BEST Muffaletta I have ever eaten and it’s right here in Fort Worth! The texture and freshness of the bread is spot on and the olive spread is moist, but not greasy, and together with the fresh meat this sandwich is perfection!

We came here for Chef Chandras 10 course Mediterranean tasting dinner. The setting was great, the service was outstanding, and the food was incredible. All Chefs food is always great but this was a really fun way to try different dishes from around the world where Chef will come talk to you and introduce you to the foods shes created for your dinner. I would highly recommend this event to anyone. My dad even liked it and he is historically a very picky eater.

Chef Chandra catered a work lunch for 40, here at our corporate office. She was prompt in her delivery and set everything up with ease. The fresh Caesar salad, assorted sandwiches on her home-baked rolls and desserts were delicious. Happiest my coworkers have been over a lunch in quite awhile! We will definitely be using The Bastion in the future. Quite a few of us are interested in attending a cooking class or two that the Bastion offers as well.

We loved the whole experience at The Bastion. It felt like we were back in the Northwest! The back patio was beautiful with all the herb and vegetable gardens, seating areas, and historic buildings. The food was amazing and everything I had was sincerely the best Ive had! We loved The Bastion experience and hope to go back soon!
