Horrible service. Waited almost 25 minutes to get our food. I finally had to say something and when I did, what do ya know...the food was ready. We didnt even eat because we had to go so all we actually had was a drink which I told them Id pay for it but I was in a rush to leave and it still took about 5 minutes for them to bring my card back because they kept talking with each other about what was going on. Not happy with this experience and will NOT be going back.

Twice Ive gone here to pick up an order place that I placed ahead. Both times Im asked to pull to the back only to wait over 20 mins. Id probably be waiting longer if I had not gotten off to ask what was up with my order. Terrible. Gave them a second chance. Wont be a third.

All i wanted was for the spinach to be cooked on my pizza. The manager Christine came out 3/11/16 and said no that they couldnt do that. I ASKED why and she said because thats not the way we do it and said she would not do it and didnt say why. Very poor customer service!!!

Negative. The drivers are obviously not experienced and dont know how to look both ways as my aunt was involved in a wreck with one and she didnt even get any coupons or a free pizza. in my words I think its ridiculous. its not hard to look both ways..

Should be a zero. Incorrect order. Called to fix. Did not ask to speak to a manager. Manager gets on the phone and makes their mistake my fault. No worries. Just a pizza. Did not want pizza with drama.

The food is not always fresh. I sat in line behind a guy waiting on his order. Mine was cold when I got it. Thanks. No more Pizza Hut. My kids didnt even want it.
