Let me preface with I am a Chick-fil-A fanatic! It is by far my favorite fast food not only because the food is amazing but the service is also amazing! But I have been disappointed everytime I have gone to this location of Chick-fil-A. First of all the parking is awful, they is not enough parking to accommodate. The restaurant is very crammed and always full when we eat there. The last time I went my fries tasted like they had been sitting under the light for a while and my chicken sandwich was burnt. I wanted to ask for another meal but I had my three young fussy kiddos at the table with me and every table was full around me and I couldnt leave them. Usually workers walk around but this was not the case. I was pretty disappointed.

Online app ordering experience wasnt as clear as it should be. I ordered via the iphone app and then sent someone to pick up my food for me. When the person went to pick up the food it wasnt ready so I called the store. The lady that answered put me off a bit and seemed a little rude about the app ordering process. I had zero idea I had to be there with my actual phone to activate the order because I pushed "I was there" as soon as I placed the order so the food would be prepared. Again, there was some confusion when ordering via the iphone app and how to pick it up but I expected to be talked to a little better when I called into the store.

Incompetence abounds! I told the drive thru lady I could barely hear her. She didnt speak up.. So I repeated my order 3 times and she gave me a total. I drive up to the nice cashier lady standing outside. The order was incorrect. I corrected the order, she apologized and corrected it... I get a receipt that is correct. Then I get the wrong order at the window... So, my choices are to wait in line another 20min again to maybe get the right food or leave this review. This place brags how fast they are... But apparently, they dont care if they get your order right...

Not sure if today is the day to eat at this location. There chicken looked like they where fried using old oil... Also, there was an older African american lady named Brenda that came off rude. Not quite sure she belongs here at all... She may do better at a Taco Bell. Not sure if Im going back to this location myself. I love the restaurant chain and will for sure continue eating the food... I have never been to ONE of these restaurants and ever had a bad experience with the food or the people working there.

I love coming to this Chick fil a! I am a customer service trainer and out of habit, rate CS wherever I go. This Chick fil A is so close to perfect it means I can relax when I go there to eat lol! The only reason it didnt get 5 stars was because of a negative experience during the coat drive a few months ago. All the other times I have been there, I get GREAT service.

SUPER BUSY! BUT THEY GOT THIS.... Chick-fil-A re-invented the meaning of super fast super service & this location is no different. We did Park & Go In but seemed just as fast, as I normally use the drive through, even at lunch (busiest times). 2 meals w/Summer Special Peach Shakes! I went on my lunch break at 2:00 pm and they messed up my order. So I stood by the counter for 5 mins holding my sandwich as multiple employees literally walked around me and not a single one even acknowledged me. I was fine until someone else walked up next to me with a cup and they immediately refilled his drink while still ignoring me.

Love it! Even when its busy the service is excellent and quick. I really like ordering ahead on the app, which generally further cuts down on wait time. In fact, its rare that my order isnt ready to go by the time I get there. As expected of chick-fil-a, the staff is very friendly and helpful, too.

Best fast food service of any restaurant. The kids that work here must be hired partly on personality. They are always so cheerful and polite. The food is excellent and problems with the order are extremely rare. Theres always a long line in the drive-thru- but it moves quickly!

I do love me some chick-fil-a. Their employees are SUPER friendly. Their drive through turnaround times are AMAZING. Food is great. Restaurant is impeccably clean. Some of the best fast food around. Annoying they are not open on Sundays though.

Typical Chick-fil-a: great service, friendly people, good food. Even going through the long drive-thru here was pleasant. They had people taking the orders outside which helped speed things along. Love the iced lemonade!

Good service and friendly people. Good food, but how much chicken can you really eat? It gets a little tiresome quickly but nonetheless they cant help how much I like chicken. I come here for the breakfast sandwiches.

Small quiet restaurant. Service was good and was not made to feel rushed. The entrees and dessert were delicious. The Amish chicken got raves as did the banana crepe. The veal was also delicious. Will go back again.

Man this Chick-fil-a is always packed. Their parking lot is a nightmare! But their staff is super friendly and courteous. The food is always good and you can usually get through the LONG lines reasonably quick.

It was dirty and the staff is not unfriendly. I did come at a high peak time but the one in Mesquite has workers roaming the floor and cleaning while helping customers.

Its a good place but it gets super packed when the kids are out of school so be aware of that if you are going there other than that its a good place
