Went there this evening, ordered some drinks and took me 5 minutes to explain to the gal what sweet and low was. Then I ordered, but literally had to circle everything on the menu. After that, they brought my order of Wings and it was wrong. No surprise. I told her it was wrong and she asked if that was ok, and I said no, its not okay, I want what i will be paying for. So she took it to the back, while they were "fixing it" they brought out a pizza that was the wrong crust. Then she brought out the same order of wings and said sorry, you ordered this. I just left opposed to really going irate in front of my kids and the zero other customers they have. While we were there, there was a gentleman and his family that sat down for 20 minutes, wasnt helped and left. This is very embarrassing. If the food was free I would not go back.

First off, I dont even want to give one star. Ordered by phone, when I got there to pick my order up, no less than 3 people just looked at me. A guy came from the back and after a good 5 minutes of just glancing over at me finally asked if I had been helped? Finally get my food and pay. Go out to my truck and notice all of my food isnt there. Go back inside and they hadnt even bothered to " drop the wings" so while my pizza is in the truck getting cold I am wasting more time just waiting. This was lastnight, now today everyone who ate the wings are sick as hell. 3 pizzas, an order of bread sticks, order of wings, and a dessert pizza from this store was the worst 78 dollars Ive ever spent.

Called in it rained and rained and rained and nobody answered the phone dont waste your time calling or going here they say closed for remodeling I think they said that a month ago too youre probably just like that damn Popeyes Fried Chicken by me its been closed for 3 months and closed for remodeling they had time to rebuild it 3 times from the ground up theres nobody in here working right now at all not remodeling not doing anything they need a negative 5 stars

We got there and ordered our drinks first and they took 10 minutes to give them to us. Then ordered patatoe nacho thing and they did not look at all like the pic. Needed tomatos and jalapeños. Then when they brought the pizza out they gave it to the people next to us. Then when we needed a refill, it was 10 minutes after we finished the first ones. When the lady finally brought us the drinks they were in to go cups with no ice.

Horrible service I called 3 times just now got put on hold each time for over 3 mins & theyre not even busy at this time! Now I call phone all of a sudden busy! Rude ppl answer phone sounding like they dont want to work.

Pizza is ok customer service is slightly above par. Place is clean. Mngmnt has a whatever attitude all in all I might go back Beacuse I think they make the best pan meat lovetz pizza on the planet
