Made reservations at Crumbzz for mothers day probably 2 days prior to the day. The reservation was not honored. When we arrived there was no where for my family to sit. We were ignored by the wait staff initially. We had to hunt them downstairs to ask about our reservation. When the realized their mistake their solution was to seat us out side. Crumbzz prides itself on making food to order and the menu started as much. It also tells the patron to allow a little more time as each meal is being specially prepared. Im spite of an expected yet lengthy wait for our order, when the food arrived we had no silverware. We were informed by the waiter that more silver water needed to be washed and wrapped to accommodate us. This was the experience after waiting over 40 minutes for our food. So we waited another 10 -15 min to get silverware so we could begin eating. In all this time we were given one refill that we had to hunt the waiter down to ask for. All in all I was very disappointed by this experience and I wont be visiting this establishment again. Abysmal service.

This was one of the worst dining experiences weve ever had. It took an hour and 15 minutes to get our food...and it was not that complicated: 2 ham and egg sandwiches, an order of eggs and toast and French toast with bananas. Four other groups, who arrived at the same time or after we did, were served before our party of four. Yes, we were told that there would be a wait; however, the server kept saying it was the French toast that was taking so long to bake (I know how to make French toast and it shouldnt take 75 minutes) and that they were slammed with customers. (Its not that big of a place.) When we were finally served the chef came to the table to apologize. He explained that the server had not put the order in on time! The food was mediocre at best, my eggs were browned when I specified to please not brown them; the toast was cold. They comped half the bill. I did not tip...first time ever. Will never return.

Spent 5 minutes standing in front of cash register while employees and the owner walked around and didnt even make eye contact. Finally asked someone how this works and her response was "just find a clean table" which there werent so she said just grab a spot and we will send someone to clean it. After sitting outside for 10 minutes, not one employee even came outside. People sitting at the bar did get service, we went into get our own menus and still no service. I would understand if they were busy, plenty of employees walking around doing there own thing but not helping customers. Owner was walking around serving tables, should probably let the employees help tables and you run the floor... had high hopes but they were crushed! Im sure they are good when they only have one or two customers, food smelt good... probably wont return!

My wife and I were on our way to Canton on a Sunday and she found this place called Crumbzz. I am not one that likes to get off the beaten path and like to get to me destination with very little detouring. Fast food did not sound good on this day though. I am so glad that we made this detour. The atmosphere of this place is awesome and is completely welcoming. The owner/ master chef/ Baker/ King of the kitchen greated us and took his time explaining things to us about the process of how he makes the incredible creations. He introduced us to what waffles are really supposed to be. This is some of the best food we have had. We have been telling people about this place since we have been there.

My complaints appear to be the majority...SUPER SLOW SERVICE!! I was amazed at the lack of attention we received! It took WELL OVER AN HOUR TO RECEIVE OUR ORDER! Once we finally received our food it was ok but definitely not worth an hour wait. It really only takes one bad experience for me to stay away. Since this is a local restaurant I will give them a little time before patronizing the facility a 2nd time. I TRULY HOPE THE OWNER READS HIS REVIEWS AND MAKE SOME CHANGES TO HIS SERVICE !!

Dont let the road work stop you from eating here! My first visit today to pick up some items for company that came to town. The gruyere soufflé was AMAZING! The Asparagus quiche is now a favorite and the breakfast sandwich was delicious! My friends and I shared all these treats and were thoroughly delighted. I picked up 6 Mini crumbzz for later and cant wait to dig into those. Will definitely stop by to try their lunch items soon. A new favorite spot!

My mom and I visited for the first time and I am happy I came. Service is slow, but it wasnt much of a big deal as you get to talk to whoever you bring and enjoy the feel of the place. I orderded the Parisian oatmeal and mom got the waffles. My only drawback is the sweetness of everything. I know I shouldve expected it with what we got. So when you come you better be a sweet tooth

The food took a little while to get but damn it was worth it!! The Gonfre Liege Waffles were amazing with the Belizean jalapeño sausage. Best Waffles Ive ever had...actually the first time Ive had real waffles. I will definitely come here again and recommend it to friends. The medium roast Colombian coffee was pretty good too. Great ambience!

The rotating art is one of my favorite features of the Crumbzz ambiance. The caffe du moys coffee is a must try. Ive been here many times - its fun to see some new things on the menu: belizean jalapeño sausage and Taylor ham and asparagus quiche. Crumbzz is such a classy addition to Forney.

Food fabulous but the service is horrible. Staff casually looked at the mess on the floors, walked by nasty unbussed tables when unbusy. Had two cups of coffee in 1hour. Filth is never appetizing when eating, especially when they put the bus bin on the cashier counter and leave it.

Absolutely fantastic food. I have dined here twice and rich time was great. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The owner absolutely loves chatting with his customers and will tell you everything about the inspiration behind each dish. Will always go back.

Service is horrible and food is just mediocre. They market themselves as high end culinary experience and then tell you this is why it takes an hour to get any food what so ever. Then you get your food and you are let down once again.

A little expensive, and a little longer waiting for your food than you typically would at one of the corporate chains, but its for good reason as they make everything basically from scratch. Absolutely worth the extra cash and time.

The food maybe great...but it takes 40 minutes and counting to get your breakfast for 1 adult and 2 kids. Be prepared to drink a lot before you get your food. Oj and coffe were great... maybe im too country for this place...

I cannot find the words to describe how wonderful the food is. The owner/chef is very personable as well. Each of us (4) ordered differently and were impressed that each rescepi was from a different country. You MUST try!
