I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. Horrible service. I have two little sisters and one of them has a dairy allergy, the other is lactose intolerant. Spent the time before getting there calling multiple ice cream places and searching for somewhere with dairy free ice cream. My grandfather called Coldstone and they told us they had two non dairy sorbets available. When got there after a 7 minute drive we waited in the packed store for another ten minutes. Once we got to the counter it took another 5 minutes for us to be served. There were 6 ladies working there with one on the register and only ONE of them taking orders and making ice cream. Between making each ice cream it took the lady two minutes to take the next order, in a now full restaurant mind you. Notice that we are now up to twenty two minutes...lets call it thirty since we called the store about the non-dairy ice cream. Once we got to the counter and the lady finally asked our orders I asked which sorbet flavors they had the lady looked and said, "umm, I believe were out of the lemon." At this point my grandfather got upset and told them how we just called and the woman on the phone had said that the store had TWO sorbets. Then the girl begins the counter looks at us and sassily says "um that was an hour ago and were busy so were out." my grandfather responds saying how that was only thirty minutes ago, at most and asks about the other one. The rude woman then responds saying, "Well if you actually read the labels thats not a sorbet that yogurt. Do you see any non dairy products? were out." To wrap it up we leave the store with my ice cream and a bawling 4 and 6 year old. I would recommend going to sweet frog, we came here after words and they have a wide variety of non dairy products as well as POLITE employees.

My rating would have been a 5, except for the horrible service my family and I received. We went in yesterday, around 7 pm. Mind you, this was our first visit and needless to say, were sticking to the Northpark location from now on even though its a longer drive. I asked for a 2 flavor milkshake and from the start, the girl attending us did not look happy. Either she misheard me or I didnt explain it correctly, but she thought I ordered two SEPARATE milkshakes. I didnt notice until she started the 2nd one, so as nice as possible, I told her it was just one milkshake, 2 flavors. In the rudest tone Ive ever been talked to in a store, she said "I asked you if it was two." To add insult to injury, she rolled her eyes and was visibly annoyed (also, there was only one person behind us so it was not very busy). I understand the error, but there was NO REASON for her attitude. Had my son not been with me, she wouldve heard about it. The least I can do is leave a review so people are aware. On a different note, the young man that was working there was VERY NICE and even let us have the 2nd milkshake. I still tipped $5 because he was so attentive and Im annoyed it would have been split with the other employee, but he deserved the credit.

Coldstone is one of our favorite places. We decided to stop by this one at the Harbor on a trip. We should have walked out as soon as they told us they were out of ALL of their cones. Then we tried to order and were told they were out of bannanas. We tried again and were told they were out of brownies. At this point my husband just told them to make it without the missing ingredients, which were numerous. Im waiting to order right behind my husband so we can pay together and the young girl skips me. I approach the counter to get her attention and Im skipped AGAIN. My husband mention this and is ignored. I have to interrupt the girl taking someone elses order to ask if I can order since Ive been skipped twice now. There is no manager available to speak with. High school students working during the summer were all that were there. Wont be back to this one until we get a responsible adult to keep up with ordering ingredients and customer service.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! This place has extremely rude and horrible service by those teenagers who dont seem to care about their jobs, like its just a part-time job for them and they just try to hurry and finish work to get their money and go home. They were out of everything! No waffle cones, no brownies, no strawberries, no cake butter ice cream, etc. and not even apologized for it and rushed us to pick something else to substitute.The management doesnt seem to care at all about the business. A SHOUT OUT to the girl LEX, the rudest server there that served me and a couple in front of me who had to complain about her as well when they were paying! Bitchy attitude to everyone!! CORPORATE REALLY NEEDS TO GET INVOLVED! GOSH, HORRIBLE WORKING ATTITUDE!

My kids and I visited Cold Stone this past Sunday. I was a beautiful day, lots of people were at the Harbor. The store was very busy, which was to be expected. The employees were working hard and maintained a friendly attitude toward all the customers, even the ones that felt that they shouldnt have to wait in line. I guess they thought they were the only people with the idea of getting out and enjoying the weather and some great ice cream. We are aware that this location will now be busy due to the time of year, but it has not and will not change the fact that we love going there and always have a pleasant experience with the staff.

Walked in and no one was behind the counter... stood there for 5 minutes with no one coming out to greet or serve us. Other couples started to walk in and there were several people waiting in line. One of the people in line knocked on the door to the back room and opened the door to find the workers sitting playing on their phones. He said there were people waiting and the girl gave him a lot of attitude. The store was filthy and they didnt even have waffle cones, as the employee said they hadnt made any.

Service is horrible. Management needs to manage and not let high schoolers ruin the creameries reputation and customer service. Came in for ice cream, and there were about a total of 6 people in front of us. Wait was nearly 30 minutes long- due to four employees behind the counter and only one employee working. The rest were joking around and laughing.

Its Thursday afternoon. Closed. Usually open but has a sign on the door saying special store hours today open starting at 3:30pm 9/22. Very disappointed! Drove all the way over here for ten miles to find out its closed on my day off too.

Love Cold Stone but Houston, we have a problem. Hope someone in quality control is taking note of the consistently bad customer service remarks that appear to be ongoing & systemic. Good product, bad training & accountability. That is all.

Missing few ingredients and getting cool ice cream is a bit of a downer. The staff seems to be more in tuned to serve people they know rather than all customers. My ice cream was to runny to enjoy. The cold stone may not be cold enough.
