The people who run this place (owners) are a lovely as they can be. They are friendly, courteous and genuine. I am all for supporting small businesses - every....single....time. Unfortunately, their product is less than satisfactory and for the outrageous pricing on something such as ice cream or a single cupcake, it is not worth the price. We tried 3 times and all 3 times the cake was dry and quite underwhelming. I hate to say this, but a Duncan Hines box might have been better. One of the lemon cupcakes we tried tasted like straight-up extract. :( I am sorry Smallcakes. We wanted to love you.

I got the lemon, German chocolate and the Vanilla. I have decided that you people in Rockwall have never had a decent cupcake ! They didnt have Italian cream and the lemon cupcake was definitely artificial flavor and the German chocolate was not better than Kroger. Its find this place to be a treat the yuppies and millennials. Anybody with taste would know the difference between artificial flavor and real ingredients. This place deserves 5 stars for faking it.

this place is pretty nice. the cupcakes taste good and the inside is really clean and has a cute design. the only thing Id complain about is the deals. you can sign up to have automated messages sent to you for deals and the deals are pretty much always the same! I think they should change it up a little every now and then instead of just 4 cupcakes for $12 all the time.

I absolutely love Small cakes in Rockwall. They have delicious cakes and cupcakes. Chelsea has made two birthday cakes for my granddaughters. The one in June was for a 3yr old "You are my sunshine theme". The one I picked up today was for a 12 yr old who loves Mermaids. Borh times, I received excellent service and cakes that exceeded my expectations!

These cupcakes are EXCELLENT! In my opinion, they are even better than Sprinkles. I got the chocolate with pink frosting and the lemon cupcake. They are so moist and they give you lots of frosting. The people inside were very, very nice. Two thumbs up!

We were celebrating the birthday of my cousins daughter who is 2 years old. Hard to buy for, but I knew a gourmet cupcake would be a hit! They put it in a special box so that giving it to the little girl would be an "event." Fun!

I have scoured Texas for a good cupcake. But honestly, this is the best cupcakes I have EVER had. I come here for special occasions a few times a year. They are pricey but, man, they are so worth it!
