It pains me to take the time to write a bad review but I think its my duty to warn everybody. I go here regularly if you go through the drive through you must check all your food and Im okay with that, Ive made some mistakes and havent checked and on multiple occasions they have got it wrong. Now its gotten to the point where not only do you need to check the food but you need to take a bite of it before you leave the drive thru. On two occasions they forgot to put enchilada sauce on a chimichanga. The last time I went there was a new guy and the food was horrible. I have never taken the time to get back in my car and return food. When I did the guy there could not return my money because he did not know how to do so and so I drove home with no food(by choice) and no return on my barely eaten chimichanga. I also got a chicken burrito and like usual they do not shred their chicken and so you will often times get three pieces of chicken that are so big they dominate the burrito. The bottom line is that management does not know how to train their employees the inconsistency is consistent. Im not saying dont go there Im just saying if you do sometimes it will be good sometimes it will be bad and dont ever leave the drive thru without taking a bite of each item. I truly Im sorry for any hurt this will cause as i appreciate small local business and the jobs it creates, but because I go there so often i know this is not an employee problem this is just a example of bad ownership.

The WORST experience weve ever had here! We eat here a couple times a week. Always had great service! But today my husband order a Colorado burrito and asked if he could get some green chili in it. The cook looked at my husband mad and shook his head! When he bit into it, it was nothing but jalapeños. It was so hot he turned beat red. There was more jalapeños then there was meat. Now my husband can put down some heat! Ive never seen him eat anything that was too hot for him! So dont order anything out of the ordinary!

The taste of tomatoes in my burrito was overwhelming. Blech! The beans were good though. $2.00 for a soda seems normal...until you find out you can only get a refill for $0.75!! Ridiculous. And in the bathroom, theres a sign that says not to flush toilet paper. Seriously?! There are plenty of other places I can go for better food and a better experience, like Nicos on Campell.

Not open 24/7 anymore. Only open late on weekends. When this location opened, it was noticeably better than the other locations. Recently, things have begun to slip down to average Los Betos quality. Update: Doesnt seem to be reliably open late on weekends any more either. Late-night Mexican food is judged on a much more forgiving scale than regular-hours Mexican food.

Lousy food, terrible service, unclean restaurant. The employee that works the night shift is incredibly rude. I ordered food because I really needed the restroom and he asked me you going to order something or what? Also worst pollo asado burrito Ive ever had; meat was flavorless and dry.

The Menudo and steak and egg borrito were great but the green and red chili salsa were watery almost just water. Spoke with someone there and he seemed indifferent, no manager availible? Very disappointing the restuarant on harrison and golf links has never had this issue.

Ive stopped in for fast food on three occasions, and they have never got my order right. What I do get is greasy, low quality meat in such small portions that you need to dig through mounds of shredded lettuce to find it.
