To start off with, like many other reviews I have seen for this restaurant, this restaurant is a hole-in-the-wall restaurant. I have nothing against hole-in-the-wall restaurants but the location is a sketchy one, which sometimes attracts suspicious activity. I do admire the workers dedication to their jobs. However, the restaurants customer service is questionable and tacky. When you order food over the phone, they will tell you 15 minutes, but you end up waiting for an hour. This establishment is a decent place to get food when you dont feel like cooking, but the wait is extraordinarily painful. The pricing is expensive based on the food quality. What I have noticed lately about this establishments food quality is that the food tastes very well but it comes in very, very small pieces; today, I ordered a 10 piece catfish meal and the pieces were smaller than chicken drumettes and wingettes. Before I discovered this, I found out that the fish was cold when they served it to me. When I went to respectfully address these situations, they refused to give me a refund and they blamed it on their delivery truck. With all of this information being said, I wouldnt recommend this restaurant to anyone and I am not going here again.

The young lady that takes the orders is very unprofessional and didnt have any customer service skills. I called literally 18 times about my order that I was not satisfied with( fish was too crispy) I was looking at the lady look at the phone she didnt answer instead she picked up her cell phone and started playing on it!!!!! When I asked her if something was wrong with their phone she stated "no they were about to close". She could have answered the phone and said that. I was telling her about the food and she said" you should have ate it when you got it". How dare you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst service ever! Called in order at 645 pm she didnt ask me for my name before hanging up on me. I called back to give my name. Waited 30 min because last time they didnt have order ready, got there and cashier lied and said order was ready so I would give money. She tried to overcharge me for order and when I asked for correct change, she got attitude and snapped at me. Order was not ready still had to wait another 30 min! The cashiers have very bad attitudes and no customer service whatsoever!

This is one of the best places to come if youre looking for some freshly prepared well seasoned fried chicken and fried fish! Be sure to call in and order if you can, because the wait can be a bit long if you go in and order. But I will say, when you take a bite into the chicken it will be well worth it! And the prices are great in comparison to other places that offer the same thing. Definitely a must try if youre in the area!

The fish is decent but not good enough for the way they treat you. I waited 2 hours for an order and when an hour had pasted i asked could i just get my money back and everyone behind the order glass screamed "NO REFUNDS!!" so i had to wait another hour. Then when i got the food it was way less quantity then normal. I can fry my own fish. They will never see me again and if they do its just to holla at the Dvd man.

Yes, The food is great however I almost hate to call for an order the lady that answers has the most unprofessional tone with minimal customer service skills. Shows no appreciation for you spending your money there. Without customers there is no place of business. She looks very nasty to be at work. Please replace such person like her or correct her manners! Thanks

Not going to lie, the place looks a little questionable when you walk in, but the service was great, our cashier was friendly, and the food was delicious. Catfish seasoned to perfection! My problem with a lot of other places is having to ask for condiments, they tossed in ketchup, tartar sauce, pickles, & peppers. Great Experience.

Great good ... But customer and waiting time is ridiculous! Had to wait an hour and fifty five minutes for a called in order..The order was a 6 piece! They take your money then drop your fish when you get there even when you call in no refunds because you are a hostage. Very disrespectful and made Jokes about my frustration

I really like the food that is served here. The service is piss poor!! It seems as if there is no system in place in order to provide good service and quality food. Also the service area could use a cleaning. I really hope that management can work these issues out.

This was some of the best fish Ive had. They must use the same seasoning for both. I think it was delicious on the fish but just okay on the chicken. I will be back and recommend them to others. Moderate cost but worth every penny. a
