I go to this location often, so I think my experience thus far may be helpful to anyone reading. Its quite small inside, I believe there are, at most, 4 seating tables, theyve upgraded the scenery that looks more pleasant than the previous scenery, free Wi-Fi, depending on the time of day, it becomes quite crowded--considering the small size, the manager (a male) seems to watch the employees and customers, but sometimes you dont know hes there, they are indeed quite stingy with their condiments and use the excuse that what they give you is what they are suppose to--per that manager. Saving money, I guess? Aside from its size, and the lurking manager, I dont experience anything that will make me stop spending my money there. Its a nice stop by if youre craving Popeyes and its the nearest location.

I wouldnt of given them a 1 I give this place a negative 0 if I could. That owner is so prejudiced he doesnt like black people. That so called manager Adriana is so rude. She needs to go under training because the attitude she carries is not customer service at all. They make a mistake and then think you want free food BC of their mistake. I will be calling the corporate office to let them no that that franchise Popeyes on camp wisdom does not need to be able to use their name its making it look really bad. I advise all African Americans stay away from this location and go to another location. One thing I dont like is prejudice and I will not tolerate it. So Mr owner you need to check yourself before you wreck your self buddy. Now have a good day you small minded idiot.

I hate going to this Popeyes but they closed the one I used to go to. The chicken is great but the manager is very rude. I notice he only helps well-dressed or white people. I go on my lunch breaks in my uniform and I notice he always asks for other people to come to the register before he gets to me. The one time he did help me, I asked him a question about the menu and he seemed annoyed and while I tried to place my order, anyone who came up to the counter he stepped away from me to help them (give them ketchup or answer a question) so finally I just left.

I have been to this restaurant 3 times now. The first time they were out of what I came for, the second time they could not process credit cards and were only accepting cash, and today they informed me they are "different" and therefore do not accept the authorized Popeyes coupons we were mailed. In each case I have been forced to leave and go to a different location to get what I want. I love Popeyes chicken, but stay away from this location. Terrible service.

Stay away from this one. They messed up our order and gave us the wrong food. We didnt realize until we got home. We went right back with all the food and showed that they gave us chicken instead of tenders. They refused to give us fresh hot fries and rolls even though they made the mistake. So we got hot tenders and had to keep the fries and bread. Manager/ owner guy is horrible. Customer service horrible. Go to one in cedar hill or the one on wheatland rd

Sad to see negative post about this Popeyes (probably the night crew is bad) this clearly the best Popeyes in Dallas besides the one by the zoo. If you want chicken like you see on the commercial this is the one. Biscuits arent burnt, spicy chicken is spicy, and they actually have 3 different $5 box meals. They have more deals than any other location I been to.

They always have someone in here who can barely understand the menu or even understand when you ask for a manager. People always assume you want something for free when you complain. Its about the customer service and talking to me as if I dont understand english

The food is good but the employees are not welcoming to customers when they first open in the morning. When you are standing at the door they unlock the doors push them open just a little then let it close instead of welcoming the waiting customer.
