This place totally needs to be better staffed! The wait time is ridiculous, I waited 35 minutes inside or should I say in a Sauna, for a couple of Jurassic Blizzards w/ Chocolate syrup, and a Banana Split! The Blizzards were Half Full if that. No Chocolate syrup like I asked, and no lid for my Blizzard and or Banana Split, on a To-Go order. The Blizzard wasnt even a Jurassic Park Cup which is why I went there in the first place, the only thing in the cup was vanilla and a couple cookie dough bites.. Worst DQ I have ever been to. My mother told me not to go there because the service is always horrible..I should have listened to her. I will not be returning.

Ive never had a good experience with the staff at this location. They are extremely unfriendly, and have poor customer service skills. Today in particular the woman in the drive thru literally did not speak any words other than my total. I didnt get a straw or a receipt and when I tried to ask for a receipt, the window was already slamming in my face. She didnt come back for a few minutes and I did not have the time to wait.

The food is disgusting, the employees are incompetent and rude, and the drive through takes 30+ minutes for an order they half-assed. The only reason this location has survived for so long is the location. Situated between hungry firefighters and the bottomless stomachs of the Somerset High students, this Dairy Queen is only for the starving and anyone without a gag reflex.

Really was bad. No ice cream, no chicken fingers ,How does a place known for Ice Cream not have any? I understand cause it was on sale you ran out of stuff but isnt That when you order extra? How ridiculous....... AND this ISNT the first time. Last time they didnt have tortillas. GET IT TOGETHER.

Slow, Inconsiderate & Rude. The food is good, but not worth having to deal with the employees. You can Forget calling your order in & picking it up, it would take longer than just ordering it in the drive through... If youre just craving Dairy Queen food, you might want to drive to Poteet.

Drive thru takes forever. Went there twice for a banana split and was told they ran out of bananas. It was in the afternoon, one of the employees should have went to Lowes and bought some bananas. Its ridiculous. Poteet has better and faster services.

Tried to eat inside with my son and all we heard the entire time was employees and the manager screaming about people not coming to work and things not being done. All at the counter. Conduct your business inside an office not in the lobby!

EXCELLENT Saturday Stop The BLIZZARD didnt make it "TO GO!" Very Clean and Friendly Staff of 5+. Considering how HOT it was, At least My Temper wasnt HOT or putting Me in any NEGATIVE Mindsets...Hahaha Thank You DQ

It is a good Dairy Queen but it is a very old store and has a lot of high school kids working it not anything wrong with it but needs older manager if you know what I mean.
