I went in for breakfast on morning and I saw the girl picking up my pancakes with her hands and stacking them as if she had to make a perfect stack. Picking up the pancaks a number of times and restacking them. I told the manager and she did nothing about it, made excuses and told me that the employee washes her hands. I thought about it and came to the conclusion that no one knows if this employee washes hetr hands or not. I asked the manager, how do you know that? She replied, because that is a requirement. That still doesnt ensure that this employee washes her hands. I called customer service to report this and the very young sounding hispanic stated that these employees are monitored. Unless there is a camera in the restroom, there is no guarantees that these employees in fact wash their hands. This guy on the phone then started mouthing off at me very rudely and hung up the phone. Burger King will not stay in business much longer with these types of incidents. I have been trying to reach corporate to report this and the same route is practiced. Call corporate, led to customer service and then complaints blocked by excuses, rudness and the call is ended.

Disgusting as all get out the employees arent even in their uniforms one kid is in basketball shorts with his shirt untucked this other lady is in a black tank top and jeans...what the heck is going on at this place. The kids area is so dirty and gross.this other dude is walking around with his two foot long pony tail hanging out of his hat like really put that ish in a bun and put a hair net on!!. I went to the front there was no one there finally a kid came out and I said can I just get a small drink he looked so confused. I was like ..? Then he said I dont usually do front counter I was like so you dont know how to ring up a small drink and swipe my card...he just gave me a large cup for free and said shhh. I was like okay...hey I got a free drink shouldnt be complaining but come on. What kind of slob does the manager have to be to let their employees behave in this manner.the tables are sticky. Im taking a shower as soon as I get home and i just took one like 3 hours ago so..yea ew

Pretty dirty. Not really a fan of BK food in general, but I came here for my nephew, so he could play inside when it was too hot to play outside. They have two play areas - one really small structure for crawlers to about 2 years, and another huge one thats ages 4 and up. My nephew (2 years old) got bored of the baby one very quickly, and wanted to play in the big one. Now, Im not too familiar with the average height of a 4-year-old in the state of Texas, but there were times when my 5-foot self had a rather difficult time getting to the next platform. I even had to help a little boy who claimed to be 5 get down from the play area. It is WAY too high, in my opinion, very greasy (I changed as soon as I got home - and Im the kinda germophobe where if I dropped it, as long as its been less than an hour, I may pick it up and eat it if its good enough), and not very kid-friendly...

The question is what I didnt like about it. All i wanted was some chicken fries. I went to the drive thru,a lady took my order.however she muted her speaker when I give my order. I drove around twice thinking that maybe something was wrong with her speaker thing and then so I pulled up to the window and there was a guy there cleaning look like a fake f****** Justin Bieber cleaning and I dont know what the hell he was cleaning but the f*** is so me and didnt even say anything didnt even come to the window to acknowledge the fact that I was there. Honastly next time I go to that place i am going to run my car into the building . Bad service , aand i really wanted some chicken fries . And to anyone who thinks about going to this BK , mine was well donate a body part because thats about how much it takes for these lazy sacks of poop to get anything right . Dissaponitment.

This is the worst BK Ive ever been to! The place is always filthy. And I mean gross, filthy. High chairs probably havent so much as even been wiped down in years. Drink station always is covered in spilled sticky drinks. I think its just may be the iniformd but the employyes always look so sloppy. Then add to that food quality and accuracy. Today, even tho my receipt said how I wanted my burger it was not made correctly. Then I got a halfass apology that I barely understood from the manager. A couple days ago all of our fries and chicken tenders were cold and the employee almost got an attitude when we asked for fresh fries. The only reason I even come here is cuz BK is my fave and its the only one anywhere near me. And only reason it got 2 stars is cuz when the food is made correctly it is good

Worst Burger King EVER! I wax craving the Big fish sandwich one day and dragged my wife and kids to go with me. So we get there no one is there and we order and 15 minutes go by and we still havent received our food. No one else is in the restaurant and so I ask how much longer it will be and I was told in just a minute we are waiting on burgers. Im like ok great fresh food Ill wait. Another 10 minutes and our number is finally called and so I ask for the manager to explain to me why it took 25 minutes for fast food? He says your food is ready now. Thats it, its ready now!? I said I want a refund for waiting so long and he asked why? Really, because of your terrible service and lack of customer service. I boycott this Burger King and will never return to this location.

I have been coming and going with this Burger King here in Denton over the last 5 years. As it is our only outlet of the franchise relatively close until you hit Lewisville. After my first few set of incidents(which all happened in a row). I only stop in once every 3 months or so now. Tragic indeed. From the lack of organization of having my order prepared how I order it, to completely forgetting to bag the items that I paid for! This isnt a BK problem so much as it is an ownership problem. If the owner was more interested in his store he would have it ran better. I hate always counting on this BK letting me down but it somehow never fails. Goodbye Whopper. Ill see you on the Military bases where things get done properly.

Although the cashier was nice the service was super slow I saw my food on the counter they said it just needed fries 4 orders later my order finally came out because I stood at the counter asking for a refund. Then my daughter ask for the fruit loop shake they wanted to give me a shake that was on the counter for 5 mins then they made me another one it looked just like milk I didnt want it I asked for a refund then the employee said well thats the way the shakes come out I again ask for a refund the employee finally said ok I do it again and made it right. I rarely come to Burger King and now I really dont want to come back.
