Ive eating at this place (about 7 or 8 times), but today was my last day to ever step foot in restaurant again. My co-worker and I decided to go here for lunch, upon driving up - you see a hand full of thugs just walking around, OK fine. We enter and the little guy taking the order was so impatient and rude, I order 4 wings and fries and asked him not to put that extra seasoning on my food because its not a good taste - I guess he got offended because he rudely said, "its lemon pepper". NO IT"s NOT, but whatever. Then I asked if I could have a Butter Scotch Shake? The machine is down, then my co-worker wanted some Banana Pudding - Thats a No Go. Thats when I looked at my co-worker and said, "we should have gone on the South side". I guess that really made him made, because once we got back to work, I open the bag, my fries look like they were old and my chicken tasted like it was reheated. Thats my fault, once he started showing me attitude, I should have stood at the counter and watched them make my food. In any case, I will not go back or recommend any one to go here. If you go at night, have the 911 dial ready.

I love Sharks and their food is amazingly Good , However , That Depends On Whos Their And The Cook and The Cashier .... Ive had good experiences & some bad ... Not sure whenever came but Ive seen a lot of ppl that once work here come and go, Not everyone that use to worktheir is their and not everyone that was the cook is also not always their Ive seen managers , cashiers, cooks all different ones come and go . Ive live around the area of sharks so Ive seen ppl nice and friendly to others that have work their be mean and rude. So I give It four stars cause depends onwhos their will at times depend on how my experience and food will be like.

I got the 6 piece wing and fry meal and it ended up being a little less than 9 dollars and also came with a drink. Let me just say it was WORTH EVERY PENNY. I will DEFINITELY be returning. I was afraid the wings would just be plain, but the put some type of white seasoning over the chicken and fries when theyre done and that stuff is magical. So freaking good and absolutely fresh. You may have to wait in line, but like I said, its worth it. I thought I was going to have a couple pieces left because the wings are HUGE, but it was so good that I couldnt stop eating

They were okay with me up until about 2 months ago. 3 bad experiences in a row. Ive gathered that they wont make your order until you come in to pick it up, via call-in. They get you to pay for it once youre there, which forces you to wait until your order is ready. Whats the point of calling in the order? Called in an order last night- got all the way there only to find out they didnt even take my order. They wont get my business anymore!.....

Called to ask if they had fried oysters was told not @ this time. Asked about an online menu was told that I had to go in to see what they had so i asked what time did they close & he told me 11:00. We showed up @ 10:30, as soon as he saw us pull up in front he turned off all the lights, motioned with his hand & yelled out that they were closed. 30 minute drive to try new food turned out to be a waste of diesel.

Today was my first and last time in this business. Upon walking in the front door, I noticed that the floor was dirty; with used napkins on a floor in need of a mop. There was no restroom in which to wash our hands (a code violation in Dallas County). And the food was poorly seasoned, and not at all worth the high cost. The current rating is a lie. This business should be closed by the Health department

They have so many great meals but their cheeseburger combo is absolutely amazing OMG so delicious...and hot in fresh..also the catfish is delicious and the tenders this place is the best clean fresh and delicious food. Then the drinks are crisp and fresh like regular soda should taste doesnt taste like water..try thus place if you in the area please..

I eat here regularly and the food is amazing. Ive had the wings, burger, fish and frog legs and man those frog legs were the Truth!! I love their seasoning. They also have desserts. Ive tried the strawberry cake and its so moist and fluffy omg!! They also have a bathroom for customers which is a plus!! Will eat here again!!

Man wow its so funny how the reviews go but anyway I loved Sharks Talapia Fish. Im not even a seafood or fish person and when I first tasted this fish I fell in love now I cant stop going there. I think the trick is you have to get extra extra seasonings....The Bomb...I promise. Dont believe everything you read.

I mainly like the lemon pepper seasoning that is used here. In my opinion Ive given this place three stars. The food is exceptionally good, the wait time is okay, the prices are great, the employees seem a little unprofessional and the place is usually unkept with no bathroom to utilize.

Not like a year ago food doesnt taste the same tarter sauce is nasty quality food is not good no more for the price they are charging people if they dont fix this fast they are going to go out of business to many restaurant with good food step your game back up Sharks

Attempted to place large order for pick-up. Would not take order unless I came in and pay first and not equipped to take credit card over the phone. Has to be because of minority clientele. Have never encountered this before. Decided to let them keep their chicken.

The food was disgusting. I ordered a fish dinner with fries. The fries were cold and the fish was WAY overcooked. The skin was crispy and the fish was basically mush on the inside. I wish Id taken a picture of it to show how gross it really was. Never again.

Im new in dallas but this was one of the first good spots I came to and since that day I cant get enough!! From the burger to the wings,to the good Damn fries!! O Lord, you cant go wrong!! And the young lady they have there is to sweet

Fish and hushpuppies are always on point. The wait to get your food can be ridiculous. They dont always announce your number if their busy they will just sit it on the shelf Nd wait for you to walk up and ask for it.
