I want to say these are good group of people. I stop in here on a regular basis to get dinner. The food is always good. One night about 3 weeks ago it was not up to the usual quality. I was told to ask for Robbie when I came back and he would replace my dinner. I stopped by tonight and he was not there. But Ron the manager on duty stepped up and handled everything for me. Really nice gentleman. My family loves the chicken here and we always come back for more. The Tenders are great!!!

The one time I went there it smelt like old oil and when I went to eat my "chicken" grease started to pour out of the "chicken". The only things that were good there were the honey buns and the sweet/un-sweat tea. And I also had the fried pickles.The main problem with the fried pickles was that the fried part was like a party soggy chip. DO NOT EAT AT CHICKEN EXPRESS!!!!

The chicken was good, mashed potatoes were cold, the okra was obviously over fried, dark and very hard. If there were a 2.5 star option I would have chosen ir. If there was a way to email the owner directly rather than post publically, I would have done that. This is the second time the okra was over cooked and hard.

The worst experience. The drive through was extremely slow. Then when I got to the window, the girl never even said 1 word. Not even a hello. I just now bit into my chicken (it was only a 5 min drive home) and my chicken is cold.

This location Custer and McDermott ALWAYS expect to wait 15-20 minutes for them to cook chicken. This location runs out of chicken before frying more. Regular dark or white meat. But the chicken is good.

Im not a fan of fast food, but their chicken is pretty good, and its always fast. My husband, teen son, and I split two #1s, and its always more than enough for us.
