Came in on 3/14/17 at about 2:30 pm. First impression was the place was poorly kept. The trash cans in the dining area were overflowing and counters were dirty along with several tables. Approached counter and waited at least 4 minutes before someone looked over and seen standing only to have them yell for someone else who yelled back, I think from the ladies restroom. When she came to the counter she went off doing something else rather than waiting on the customer. When she finally decided to take my order she grinned and laughed rudely when I changed my order. I would like to say that was all but not just yet. My work partner ordered and sat down and picked up a bottle of hot sauce off the table and not noticing that the top was missing, (as with all the bottles on the tables, not very sanitary) began to shake it only to have it poor on his white work shirt, front and back, face and head. He kindly went up to the counter to let the rude lady know so this wouldnt happen to some other poor soul looking to enjoy some chicken. When he pointed at his shirt she had that grin on her face again and when he turned away she bent over laughing. I am not sure what she found so funny! Popeyes chicken should put more effort into hiring personnel that at the least will pretend to care about their customers rather than laughing at them when these situations occur. All this being said I will be sure to steer clear of this particular location.

I visited your location on 12/5. I requested 3 Monday specials. I got home and had 3 thighs that were old, dark in spots and crispy to only find out they were not breasts and the sides were incorrect. I called back to the location and I asked to speak to a manager and Kylie confirmed that she was a manager after I inquired. She was very nice and remembered my order. She apologized for getting the wrong items and a bag full of tartar sauce and said to come in and they will replace all three meals. She took down my name and that was the end. I arrived at your store around last night (12/11) and did not leave until 7:04. The manager Adrian informed me that Kylie was not a manger and did not have the authority to make that promise. She is only a "worker". His district manager Juan would not come out to talk to me and after going back and forth in front of customers someone said "He should come out here and talk to you." He said he would replace one side and give me three breasts. I told Adrian to tell him as Juan continued to fry chicken that I will not stand here and be lied to based on your service. Adrian asked for my receipt. I told him it was at home and Kylie said to give my name only. Juan asked Adrian to call someone at my home and send a snapshot of the receipt. Please explain to me why your service is so awful and demeaning?

When they say they slow cook their food they arent kidding. Slowest. Service. Ever. This was my first experience at a Popeyes. When we walked in there was maybe 4 people in front of us waiting to order. The dining room was disgusting. I could count 3 people in the back including the guy at the register. The couple at the register was standing there for maybe 10 minutes because of some inexplicable problem. During that time a man stormed in yelling because he had been waiting at the drive thru window for 15 minutes waiting for his food and demanded a refund. He processed it all while the couple was still standing there and they eventually said "cancel our order" and walked out. Then a female worker who looked like a manager emerged from the bathroom. She had been in there for 10 minutes?! Took us maybe 20 minutes to get our food after that. Ice machine was broken so everyone had to wait for the guy at the register to acknowledge them before he would manually get their ice. I got enough cold fries to fit them in the palm of my hand. At one point I went to the counter to get ranch and the lady who was at the register asked for her card back. The guy couldnt find it. He had put it in the register drawer. ...What?!... Just horrible service. Incredibly slow. So many people walked out. Will never return to this location.

They dont even deserve the one star. Upon ordering, the cashier had a heavy communication problem. She had our order wrong but unable to fix it. She charged us for things we didnt want and we finally just took it. The manager was up front flirting with a girl, unable to offer assistance. Several customers came in to complain about their order from the drive thru, manager was on cell phone and they were laughing, not caring or paying attention to customers. We got dried regular chicken after ordering spicy chicken and shrimp. Got pies, we didnt order but she had added and we could not make her understand we did not want. Several customers left after coming in before ordering due to how rude the service was. Hope someone fixes this management before your 2 stars lose a star. Umm. Can you get negative stars? Definitely can not be a language barrier, the Hispanic speaking customers were also having problems. I think there is some cognitive issues that need to be addressed. Im all for equal opportunity but make sure we utilize our staff in their areas of strength.

WORST POPEYES EVER !!!! All the employees are rude , even the managers. Ive been here only 2 times and both experiences were horrible they never like to take your order at the drive-through they take about 10 to 20 minutes to take your order and then have you sitting at the window waiting for a long time, just standing around and talking amongst each other , then when you get your food its not even the right thing when this happens the employees seem very inconsiderate acting as if they do not care , also the 2 times that i have been here i have received my food without a bag , never have i ever been to a fast food place and get my food handed to me without a bag this is very unprofessional and in my opinion very rude I personally will not be returning to this Popeyes because of these experiences I hope that one day they find a better way to train their employees to have good customer service so they wont have these issues in the future Good luck !

Awful service. I ordered the Tuesday meal deal. Its 2 pieces of chicken a biscuit and a side. I asked for a side of red beans and rice and a side of mashed potatoes. The cashier didnt ring up the side of red beans and rice. It happens, Im understanding but at that time there was only 1 other person in the restaurant and he had already eaten and was about to leave so I got really irritated when after 20 minutes of not getting my food and seeing 2 other people come in, order and receive food i walked up to the counter to ask what was going on. No one acknowledged me even though they would look at me as they walked by. Another 5 minutes and I had to raise my voice to get someones attention to ask where my food was. It turns out, they just forgot about mine. The bad part is, the other 2 people that ordered after me where mad too because their orders were messed up as well. This place sucks
