Our group made a reservation 45 days early with the catering manger and she was good about responding to my emails and suggested the side patio because of the size of our group. She also made menu suggestions. As we got closer to our reservation date the catering manager did not respond to my emails or phone calls. I called the restaurant several time I spoke with her twice and she assured me she would get back to me.. She never did. I continued to call the restaurant and spoke with both managers on several occasions. I was told to keep trying the catering manager by email as that was the preferred communication. As I continued to call I was told she was very busy with her bachelorette party, however she would get back to me. Again after several email and phone calls the manager assured me he would call be back in about an hour. When I called again I was told he had left to close on the purchase of house, however they would have him return my call Monday. Needless to say our group had to cancel our plans. We were gathering as we were supporting a youth excursion to the Univ. of Okla. Saint Anns claim to fame is the conversion of an old school from the 1920s for Mexican children. IMAGINE THAT!!

Heard nothing but wonderful things about this place since I moved here a few months ago. Last night was not so much the case. I went with a group of 10 for my friends birthday party. The night was beautiful but for some reason, business was a bit slow. First off, our dinner took almost three hours! We waited patiently for the "delicious" food we ordered it seemed like forever ago and got some hummus in between to tide us over. Now THAT was the best part of our meal. For my meal, I ordered the crab cakes. I figured it would be substantial considering it was priced at $16. There was ONE crab cake on the entire plate! For the rest of our party, the steaks, shrimp tacos and crab quesadillas were just mediocre. I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews, but I couldnt let this one just pass by. I hope its not like this for everyone, because it was a pretty big let down for the birthday girl who normally raves about Saint Ann. Good luck to everyone who eats there!

I have heard about this place for a long time and really wanted to try it. Very nice atmosphere but food was low end of mediocre. I had the flat iron steak which was ok in flavor but presentation looked like prison food. It looked like a dried up hamburger patty dropped on a plate with no sauce and some undercooked potatoes on the side (they had no flavor). Our waitress was very nice and tried hard but clearly had too many tables and the service (everything from getting drinks to getting food was painfully slow. You practically had to send up a flair just to get someone to come to the table. I commented about the presentation and quality of the food and no one ever came and apologized or offered any options. I would give the place a C-. If you want to go someplace and have drinks its great but food and service were terrible.

The service was terrible from the beginning. We had to wait about 10 minutes at the hostess stand to check in and was told a party of 2 would have to only wait 30 minutes. Finally after an hour, we were seated at a table that had been available for the entire time we waited. We were left at the table with no server for 15 minutes. Our server had no personality and seemed like he hated his job. The chicken sizzler appetizer and atmosphere were good, but the rest was not worth the hour wait. Frankies sports bars hummus is WAY better than Saint Anns and if you get the steak, make sure you get a side because the potato strings that come with it are deceiving! I most likely wont go back unless I am just going to sit on the patio and people watch. Dont waste your time on the food.

Went to Saint Anns yesterday for lunch - and I loved it! The weather was perfect, our waiter - I think his name was David was very good. We all ordered different items, I had the "create your own flatbread pizza" which was so tasty and on really thin bread which is how I like it. My husband ordered the grilled chicken cibatta sandwich and it was great - not to mention you cant go wrong with either kind of fries - get the sweet potato or the regular - they were both fantastic! The atmosphere here seems like it would be very fun for a happy hour or evening event - we were there for lunch so a very business lunch crowd. I will definitely go back and glad a friend suggested for me to try! I really dont have one complaint about this place or this particular visit!

This place could be great save for two glaring problems: 1 the kitchen is WAY too small for the number of tables: waiting for three hours after seating to just take your food order, THAT kind of too small 2 this is almost certainly a side effect of the first problem: the staff is just too over whelmed by the kitchens backlog, so their service suffers. On a busy night it suffers so badly that calling it service robs the word of any real meaning. Youd be better off if there were no employees and the customers just fight each other for access to the kitchen, Hunger Games style Aside from that, there really is some good food there and the atmosphere seems like it would be very cool if the kitchen could handle the demand.

My party did not even make it to this place, so I cannot speak on the atmosphere or food. However, the reason for this was because I called to make a reservation and the hostess was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to in my life! We had a party of ten, so I inquired whether they took reservations and she rudely said, "Yeah, when?", to which I replied, "8:00 for ten people". She then scoffed and laughed at me mockingly and said, "we dont have that kind of availability, you will have to take your chances on our patio." I then promptly said, "no thanks" and hung up and we decided we decided we would be taking our business elsewhere. I definitely would not recommend this place.

Delicious! And at a fabulous price. I just went to this restaurant with my family after hearing them rave about it for weeks. First, the patio is awesome. I cant wait for the weather to warm up! The inside is beautiful (I think its an old school?), without being too over the top. Id say chic, but comfortable. Anyway, nothing on the menu is more than $15... VERY reasonable. The service was great, the food turned out to be fabulous. Portion size was great... I cant say enough good things. In fact, my fiance and I are considering this location for our rehearsal dinner. I dont know what went wrong for the guy who review this place before me, but they must have all the kinks worked out now! GO!!
