I travel through Argyle periodically. The first time I ate at The Dell was just because it was a convenient location. Every time thereafter it was a planned destination. This is an unpretentious small town restaurant/bar. Very casual, very friendly, and very comfortable. I am working my way through the lunch and dinner menus. The steaks have always been tender and properly done. I particularly like the fresh herbs on the sirloin. If the meal fills you up, as it does for me, it is worth it to take one of the deserts home with you. Oh, by the way, they sell off-sale liquor too. Ill be back whenever Im in town.

This is a landmark restaurant in a small, friendly town. It has existed much longer than I have lived. New ownership has rejuvinated it. They serve delicious seafood and steaks, cocktails, beer, and wine. Well worth a drive for dinner.

Simply Fabulous! I had the Surf and Turf and it was perfectly cooked! Delicious! The appetizer tray before the meal is always a treat! My new favorite place to eat! Definitely 5 Stars from me.
