Me and a friend walk in ready to eat and have a good time but right away the servers and hostess have attitudes for whatever reasons and we get seated at a dirrty table & i ask tge bouncer if he could please clean the chairs & he snaped back "I know how to do my job" i was in total shick & was left with a sour taste in my mouth & I decided to at that moment not eat & let my friend eat on her own. A assistant manager came over and was really sweet and I explained what happened & she was very professional bit once again a server passed by our table with a snark remark becaise I didnt want her friend as my server & my girl lost it on her!! ( she couldnt handle the rudeness & disrespect) the manager cane & rudely asked us to leave while his humongous stomach sat on our table!! I was and am in total distress because of the service here!!

We sat down and started speaking with the waiter at 12:25. The waiter checked her watch at this time. She informed us that it was past last call. After that we saw other people ordering drinks and receiving them at the bar. We checked with the waiter and she told us specifically that last call was at 12:25. We decided to speak to the manager as this did not seem right. We spoke to Casey Featherstone and he informed us that last call was at 12:30. I do not know why but we were refused service of alcohol even though we were there on time. The manager said all he could do is give her a stern taking to and did not try to rectify the situation in which the customer felt demeaned and even discriminated against. This shows that the company does not care for their customers at all as he is a manager and the representative of the company.

We live just down the street from this location and ate hear regularly until they renovated. They jammed so many new tables in that service is now slow and its hard to walk through the dining area. Also, if you dont like smoking dont eat here. No matter where you are seated you breathe it in after they changed things up. Also it is WAY too loud in here now. Its a sports place so it was always loud w/ music and tvs but it was normal. Now they have way over done it. We have even asked for the music to be turned down a little but nothing is done. Nothing is wrong with the food but if youre looking for the old BWW atmosphere that was laid back its gone. Its now got that manic sports fan feel. Ugh.

I only give this one star because I have to. Our server Paola gave us the worst service ever!!! She never came by to see if we needed anything so we went to the bar. Apparently that made her mad, so she brought us our ticket and said no one will serve us anymore. The manager came by and told us hes sorry and that the server does not have the authority to tell us or anyone that. The servers and bartenders are very unprofessional. I even use to wait tables and would NEVER treat my customers like that!! Im a razorback fan, and I know this is a alumni bar for Arkansas, but I will NEVER NEVER be back!!! Save your money, go somewhere local instead or here.

Id begin with saying the food is fine and the ambience is exactly how you picture it after having seen the photos online. Nothing extraordinary but you know when you prefer having some wings and beer all you need is wings and beer. However, it was rather spectacular when the waitress loudly demanded more tips than what she has actually deserved, while theatrically providing all the restaurants guests with the rare performance of hilarious banknote-waving at our table in the middle of the place. Having visited 60 countries and working in the service industry myself I can give you the one tip you really need - go get another job.

We ordered 20 boneless wings and asked how the potato wedges were and our waitress said they were delicious so we ordered those too. We got bone in wings. We were never checked on during our meal and we never got our potato wedges. Waited half a day for the check. Not to mention its 2:30 on a Sunday and pretty slow so Im not sure whats going on. Oh and we were charged for the potato wedges we never got. Definitely not coming back to Buffalo Wild Wings. FOR SURE WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE.

We ordered wings to go over the phone, first the guy didnt tell us how long it would be so we assumed 20 mins. We got the wings, wasnt what we ordered. We talked to the manager, got wings "redone" it took 2 secs. All they did was throw buffalo sauce over the already buffalo seasoning, so it was extra spicy. Didnt even give us the receipt or ranch. Would not reccommend this wing joint unless you want to go back 3 times to have your order corrected, and then cold food.

Had to be put on hold twice (total of 10 minutes) for the representative to tell me that this location doesnt do half off bone in wings on Tuesdays anymore. Extremely rude throughout the entire conversation (usually I wouldnt call but their app also was not working with this location). Sad to say I used to frequent this b dubs for dine in and carry out. Im writing this as Im on my way to the Carrollton location to pick up my order, I recommend you do the same.

For the most part, the staff is full of degenerates and drug addicts. The managers are incompetent and have reached their lifes full potential. There is one waitress who is always very good, never smells like weed, doesnt show up to work stoned or high on other drugs, and is genuinely a good person. Other than the degenerates and drug addicts, the food is fair. Its hard to screw up a fried piece of chicken.

Never had a bad experience here. Food is always great, beers are always cold, nice servers, good pricing and tons of TVs to watch the game at. Cozy patio seating too. Can be extremely busy and packed during football season, so prepare to be there one hour prior to kickoff if you want a seat. Besides that, if nationwide chain type wings and bar fare is your thing, this location is a great stop.

I was trying to watch a soccer game and the guy who was in charge of the TV was such an A hole he refused to put it in any TV for us, I drove around like an idiot just for this jerk face to say they didnt have the game, well maybe they shouldnt hire such incompetent people in charge of the TV since he couldnt find a simple Chanel, or maybe was too fast to do so, never going back there again.

Service is some of the consistently worst Ive seen, at least in the dining area. Love BDubs, and occasionally we have a decent waiter(ess), but its rare. More often than not, you are just an inconvenience to the waitstaff. Theyll take their time stopping by to get your order, then are in no rush to see if you need anything else. A real shame, because their wings are so good.
