DO NOT EAT HERE THEY DO NOT VALUE YOU AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER (very good reason) First I am not one of those one time trolls who get mad and write bad reviews because of 1 incident. This is actually a place I spent HUNDREDS of dollars at for the past year I am now an EX Customer and here is why............. They not only delivered a pizza LATE but BURNT And when I talked to a guy named Adam who said he was the owner The first response he gave me was "that is how the pizza usually is" WRONG.... after a year of patronage I know how my pizza is supposed to look He refused to make this right I hung up but before I did told him I was doing reviews online NO ONE should have to go through this...especially not a year long customer The owner is cheap DO NOT give these guys your business As they will marginalize you after spending hundreds with them If you get a bad order the FIRST group you want to make this right with is your loyal customers

Terrible. IDK why there are so many good reviews for this place. I tried it twice. Cheap and generic. The first time I tried the antipasto, the wings, the poppers, and the fried mushrooms. The antipasto was okay. Everything else was from the frozen section at the grocery store. I thought Id give the pizza a try my second time. I mean, with all the good google reviews something must be good. Must be the pizza, right? Wrong! Spend a little extra and treat yourself to Pistazios, Baccis, or Taste of Chicago. This place was overly disappointing. Maybe the service is what the high ratings are for, but take it from someone who has tried tons of pizza around the metroplex; the food is cheap and you could make better at home. Honestly, some frozen pizzas are better.

Closet thing you will get to New York Pizza. This is mine and everyone I knows pizza joint. Always fresh made, thin crust, made with real cheese, the meat is always cooked and never raw. Their pizzas they have for you to have a couple slices or whatever are never cold or soggy. This is coming from an Italian who knows homemade pizza, of course homemade is the best but we all know we cant always get that! If your hungry and are craving pizza, trust me pick up the phone or just drive up here, trust me youll thank me later!

Great food, reasonable prices and quick delivery. Even better, we received a call back after our order was placed to let us know the soda type we requested was not cold, and asked if we would like to substitute with another that was cold - I found that to be good service; it was unfortunate that our original choice wasnt available, but very thankful to have a cold soda instead of warm. We even received ketchup with our fries ordered, though we forgot to ask for it. Give them a try!

OMG! This is one of the finest pizzas I have every tasted and I normally dont like writing reviews on ANYTHING! The cheese is melted at just the right creaminess and the sauce is not too sweet and its not too bland but like right in the middle. The customer service is excellent and in no way shape or form was treated like just another customer who has money. I would highly recommend them if you pizza.

I was born and raised in NY. A quality slice of pizza in Dallas is a needle in a hay stack scenario. This place is the needle. Consistently great food, service and prices. The owner is super friendly and they even have single slices the size of your face. Great Italian pizzeria atmosphere. I send anyone looking for REAL pizza to NY Pizza Palace.

Im in love. I ordered a medium cheese pizza with extra cheese, cheesy garlic bread, a coke, and a house salad. Delivery was quick which was awesome. And the food, holy goodness gracious it was amazing. I approve. This is my new delivery place. Thank you so much for the quick service and delicious food!! Keep it up!

Today I ordered a Greek pizza with Italian Sausage. It was absolutely amazing! Ive also tried several other dishes and they were all made to perfection. I also tip alot for these people cause they really put love and care into their pasta and pizzas. If youre in Addison, I highly suggest checking them out.

The service is good and so is the food. Servings are very generous and the pizza is very good. Its your typical little pizza joint with a large menu sign over the counter. Not romantic or cozy, but good pizza.

My family and I came kind of late after 4 pm, it was almost empty and we were concerned, however we tried the calzones and the pizza! the experience was awesome. Really, really good!! We will come back.
