Absolutely terrible. Corporate pushed the new design which does look nice but doesnt matter when it comes to the quality of the food. My boyfriend and I went in on a Saturday night at 8:30 when they close at 10. We paid and started to notice the lack of food on the buffet. The salad bar was stocked but a complete mess. There was no pasta and both sauce containers were almost empty, the remaining sauce was crusty and cooked onto the sides of the pans. The soup was empty as well and the employees just stood behind the counter talking. When we got down to the pizza I noticed the changes that corporate had made. Each section was named for a specific pizza, garlic bread, Alfredo, pepperoni stuffed crust, meat lovers, 3 sections for the new thin crust pizzas(which is just sent frozen to them), pepperoni, cheese, and then the desserts. This plan keeps food cost down by not putting out all the signature pizzas that cicis is known for. Now you have to ask for all of the good pizza. When we started to get pizza, the breadsticks were gone, the Alfredo was undercooked but had been sitting out so long that the cheese had cooked into the crust, the 3 signature thin crust spots were empty and the cheese was gone. This left us with the option of meat lovers(which had been sitting out awhile), or the over and undercooked Alfredo. My favorite pizza is the zesty ham and cheddar so I figured I would order one of those since there was nothing edible on the buffet. When I finally flagged down one of the employees to order it he told me that they couldnt make it because they only had enough ham for the pizzas on the buffet. So this guy was telling me that I couldnt have my personal pizza because they needed the ham to make the meat lovers pizza for the buffet. Half of the spots on the buffet were empty but no we cant make a customer happy because we "might" put another meat lovers out if we decide to get our heads out of our asses. I had never been so surprised in my life, apparently this new remodel means that the customer doesnt come first anymore. Luckily two other large families came in so they put out a new cheese and a new meat lovers. The entire time we were there which was about 30 minutes, they only put out 2 new pizzas and breadsticks. The restaurant had at least 10 tables full of pizza and the buffet was terrible.Instead of actually stocking the buffet the employees were either talking to each other or cleaning so they could leave early. One employee was wiping down the entire buffet top and ignoring the fact that the entire buffet was empty. Another employee closed the entire front section so that he could clean the tables and chairs. A little girl asked about the pasta so they finally put some noodles out and then ladled new sauce into the pans with the crusty and overlooked sauce. Overall, I will never go back and truly cant believe what I witnessed last night.

I have been there three time every time the same manager with an attitude comes to the front I specifically told him 90 % of the pizza on the line we do not eat , there was no plan cheese, vegetable , or Spanish , every thing had meet, and asked him to make meat less pizza he gave us the look like we were from Mars , also the place was dirty every visit time was around 7 oclock may he like to clean once a day at closing to save money, the soda machine was empty of syrup was soda only no flavor, to bad for the corporation speeding money on fixing the building and advertisement to end-up loosing customers of the lack of customer service,MD

If you like Cicis pizza then this location is very good. I am not the biggest fan of Cicis food but I do not feel I should deduct their score because of it. The reason is that they are marketing themselves as a cheap buffet and so I dont expect the best. They have always been very clean and friendly and the selection was always stocked except for mad rush times but even then they have been good at pre-stocking behind the buffet. There is always someone looking and re-arranging the buffet to keep it full.

This is a major disappointing location. There Buffett is 5 pizzas with salad and pasta....but all the favorites are hidden and are not stocked and if you want them how about we make them on small crusts and over cook them. Cicis quality varies by location and if you find one continue to support them. This location is geared for quantity 1st and quality is out of the question. You even have to go retrieve your requests which fails on service level. Families want to socialize and enjoy time. Wont be back

Horrible..the absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed..The African American girl behind the counter was making fun of customers accents extremely loudly until a customer cried and left with her family..After that the employee kept on making fun of her for over ten minutes until the entire store cleared out...When I approached the manager he seemed not to care and looked afraid to even get the girl to stop..I was horrified and will never eat at another Cicis as long as I live

The worst place in Frisco I have been! I used to go here all the time before the remodel and it was actually ok they had fresh food were clean and very attentive now after the remodel the employees do not care theres no fresh pizza at all everything is old the restaurant its self was filthy every booth had trash I had to wipe off my own table to even sit down to eat the whole place is horrible I will not return again be aware everyone spend your $6 somewhere else!

Rarely pizza out unless theyre slammed. Whatever stingy franchise owner took over made it nearly impossible to get parmesan cheese. You have to ask for it like its some sort of prison favor from the kitchen staff. Its a freaking pizza place, parmesan should be a normal chunk of your cost of goods. Bad enough that you dumped the labor of clearing the tables on the customers without any decrease in the buffet cost...just give up the parmesan!

Very disappointed with the service. Was a good place to eat prior to the remodel. Now they barely keep FRESH pizza on the buffet and are always running out making you wait. I ordered a SPECIALTY pizza and it took 30 minutes for it to arrive, yet the 3 specialty pizzas that were ordered after me, already had their pizzas. Manager was a little short, however, apologetic and boxed the pizza to go. Dont plan on coming here again.

How about human hair in the brownies? Yes, Im not kidding. There was so much that I assume it had to be put there intentionally. Thats the bad part. The good part? The staffing is super nice! They offer to make anything you want and tend to keep the place clean. So, great place but someone thought it was cute to load up the brownies with disgusting hair. Lots of it. Be careful.

My past few experiences have been fairly favorable. All the old pizza is quickly replaced with fresh pizza, all the employees are nice. It does seem to get messy very quick, but thats almost expected when most of the patrons are children. Ultimately I think you get what you pay for. Fast, convenient, and cheap pizza.
