Horrible. We ordered from this place a few days ago and it took an hour and 20 minutes to get our food. My wifes was cold, slightly burnt, and look like it had been sitting in a tray all day. Mine was cold, tough, and dried out completely. I ordered chicken but I couldnt tell you if that was what is was. It may have been pork. . I ate 1 piece and threw it away. The rice was old and dried. Dont ever bother trying to get a refund. Its very curious how well they speak and understand English when you give them money. But complain or ask for a refund and "me no understand... You want spend more money Joe.....? Oh you want to give extra tip ? What.. I cant hear you. No speak English?" when I spoke to a supervisor he told me to "quit being big baby" . I demanded a refund and he cursed me out and said "F#@k you. Dont call here again." went to complain in person and he called me of fat redneck and called my friend a ni@@er. They should be shut down

I dont know why anyone is complaining. This place is amazing. Anything we have ordered from here has been hot and fresh. All orders have always been made in 15 minutes. The employees are nice and they always get your order right. Great food for takeout, great timing, I love it. Its my new favorite Chinese food restaurant and I am very picky, and so is my husband. We love it! They deserve 5s all around! Yummy, so good its hard to not eat all of it and save leftovers......never have we been diassapointed. Thank you Asian Star! Better than any other Chinese food in the area. Bar none. THUMBS UP!

Absolutely nothing. I am 54 years old and lived most of my life in New York City, and have traveled the world. I absolutely love Chinese food. I have had good, bad, horrible, excellent and incredible Chinese food in my life. This was, hands down, without a doubt the worst food I have ever tasted in my mouth. Chinese food or otherwise, this is the worst trash passing for food I have ever experienced. If you want to waste your money, waste your time, and have an absolutely horrible meal, then order this trash. If you can have a sandwich from subway on stale bread, it will be better than this.

Last couple of times Ive ordered from her, I gotten piss poor service. Whoever they have answer the phone apparently hates his job. Just tried to place an order. The first time I called, he just answered "hello". I thought I dialed the wrong number because I was expecting him to answer "Asian Star". I asked was this Asian Star....he acted like he couldnt hear me. I hung up and redialed. The second time I told him I needed to place an order for delivery. He said "yea, hold on" and then hung up in my face. I refuse to support this restaurant again.

This is our go-to Asian restaurant in Addison. We havent tried much of the menu but our favorites are the pepper steak and Hunan chicken. We have a few special requests for the Hunan chicken (make it extra spicy and add mushrooms) and they hardly ever charge us extra. When they do, its only $.50 extra for the mushrooms. The pepper steak is excellent and the meat itself is lean but juicy. The veggies are all super fresh and they always finish the order in less than 15 minutes.

Dude, I love chinese food. the place that used to be here sucked. But this place..... this place is tha bomb. their seasame chicken is the best. If you like panda express orange chicken which is addictive then u will like this. Also their beef and veggies are very well sauteed. this chef knows what he is doing. try it get a side of lo mein for 2$. portions are big great price and super fast delivery. I highly recommend this place.

Ive ordered takeout three times now only once did they forget to leave out the water chestnuts but other than that its been excellent. Spicy tofu with veggies and Hunan shrimp delicious. The hot sour soup is awesome. Id like it if the eggrolls were a little bigger and didnt taste like the grocery store ones but seriously I love this place.

What has happened to customer service? I told them they messed my order up. Her response was telling me what I ordered and they would replace it this time. Lets see I wasted $15 on pure disappointment.. they did not give me my rice and gave me an item I did not order. To top it off the food was trash. Next time I will just go to Panda Express

Great food, at a valuable price. I will be honest, at first glance, I didnt think very much of this place, but they are not just your average Chinese takeout restaurant. The food is really great quality and their menu is very diverse. They have fast service as well. I definitely recommend this place. =)

Regular chinease food place! I ordered spicy beef and scallops with fried rice. The vegetables in the mix tasted nice and fresh and beef was soft! Not too spicy and not to bland. Waited about 5 to 10 minutes for them to bring out the order since it was to go. Will definitely go again!

I stopped in for lunch. Ordered the sweet&sour chkn w/side of egg roll. The price was quite reasonable. The food delivered to my table promptly. The food was tasty and the size/portion consistent with other Chinese eateries. The staff seemed friendly. I will be back!

I used to order alot from here but i wont anymore. When they first opened the food was great and portions were a good size. Now they have raised their prices and food quality is poor and portion is less. Plus when u order for delivery orders take way toooo long !!!!

HORRIBLE service. To wait over an hour for mediocre food, to receive the incorrect order and to be called a liar after explaining to them they gave us the wrong order isnt how you handle your customers. Ill definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Love love love their food great prices pretty speedy delivery. Food is always fresh and sauces are on point sometimes the brown fried rice can be just a little over salted but its very delicious when it has been on point which is most of the time

A family owned place that I just love! I stopped in one time not really knowing what to expect and it was great. The prices arent too bad and the portions are enough to take home or even share with someone. They also deliver and that just rocks.

This place is great....food is always good. They also deliver super quick and they have a star special that is 20 bucks for 2 ppl that comes with 2 soups, egg rolls, crab ragoons, 2 entrees and 2 sodas.....cant beat that!

the food is good and the house special soup is just awesome! But the prices are very high, I agree. Management has always handled everything well however and I keep coming back. I havent found another place as good.
